The property was a great location and easy to get to the beach. I loved the outdoor games and covered patio since we had rain. I am thankful that I brought some of the dishes that I needed from home as there are no casserole pans or oven type dishes I needed. I wish I would have brought some of the serving utensils that I needed from home. Otherwise, everything that we needed was available.

Very nice

We loved it here. They had everything you need for entertaining everyone. The neighborhood is on the beach so the drive from the house to the beach was very quick. Loved the outside area under the house and porch seating was nice up top. Would highly recommend. We will be back.

Enjoyable weekend stay!!!

We rented this house over the weekend, and it was perfect for oir family. The house was very nice, and the host was very easy to communicate with.

Great stay!

Arrived at the house and was amazed. It is set up with everything id you forget anything at home. It was a great relaxing 3 days. Stress free exactly what the family needed. I will be staying there again for sure.

Well Stocked and Convenient Location

We had a great stay! The home was well stocked and had plenty of towels and toiletries just in case you forgot something. The yard size is amazing, since it is a double lot, and plenty of outdoor seating. Would stay again!

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location can't be beat With walking distance to the beach.

Great House

This was a perfect cozy little beach house with all the amenities you need and then some for outside. The yard is huge for a beach house and beds were all comfortable which is not always the case in vacation rentals. Communication was easy and great! Would definitely stay here again and recommend!

Quick family Trip

We had a great trip. House was clean, had amazing fun/toys for our kid’s, and beds were SO comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for making check in-and Check-out process so easy. Would recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed the house so much. It had literally everything we needed! I asked several questions before arriving and while we were there and the owner got right back with me. We will definitely be going back!

Our Favorite Place to Stay

We always love staying at this property. It’s 3 blocks from the ocean, very roomy, clean, and the property has a lot of things to enjoy. We had fun playing domino’s outside enjoying the cool weather and hearing the ocean breeze. Daniel is always super quick to respond to any questions we have. Staying at this property is like a home away from home! Highly recommend this location!!!

Sea Glass Cottage is fabulous!

My daughter and I plan to return to this spot. Calling this beautiful and updated beach home a “cottage” is a bit deceiving! The fenced yard is massive and the entertainment area is well arranged and stocked for days of family fun!

Veterans getaway

Awesome last minute stay! Buddy of mine came to visit for Veterans Day and this was a last second booking, and it was everything and more. Even though the rain was non-stop(can’t do anything about that) we stayed dry and comfortable the whole time under the massive patio spaces. Access to the smoker was the perfect centerpiece for catching up and trading stories. Can not recommend this spot enough!

Comfy stay during the holidays

Daniel was very communicative making it easy to check in and check out. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a couple days and there was just enough space from grandparents to grandkiddos. Loved all the games and toys so we didn’t have to bring them. Easy access to the beach was great too. Thanks again!

Overall super great stay! Wheather didn't let us experience 100% everything this place had to offer but even then super recommended 👌🏻 Also I'm big on communication & the host was excellent on communication

Christmas break getaway

We were originally supposed to be at another rental but due to the hard freeze that came through and pipes bursting we had to find another property last minute. Thankfully we found this place! It was perfect for the 6 of us and looked exactly as pictured. Loved sitting on the deck in the mornings with my coffee and only a short walk to the beach. It was still chilly in the evenings but we wrapped up and had a great night grilling, playing corn hole and cards together at the big table downstairs. Daniel was quick to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend staying here and would look to stay again in the future.

Overall - Amazing!

The location to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants is perfect. The neighbors had a dog that didn’t like when we went outside, but we were at the beach most of the time anyways. The property was beyond perfect and very clean!! It came fully furnished with everything you would need to live there for however long you wanted. There was lots to do on the property itself: swings, outdoor games, lots of seating, and lots of yard. Very easy to communicate with the owner and was always very helpful and clear with instructions. We will be back!! 😍

BEWARE: Owner will cancel on you at the last minute.

We were scheduled to stay at the property and check-in was at 4. All of the passcodes and door code had been received the day before. The day of, I had this feeling that I needed to check VRBO messages so at 6:30 AM, I logged in to VRBO and looked at messages. At 2 AM, the owner cancelled my reservation and said VRBO had double booked. I talked to VRBO and VRBO said the owner screwed up. VRBO did try to put me in a Super 8 for the 1st night and found me a tent on the beach (at my expense) for the other. Owner never offered to do anything. I told them thanks but no thanks. They can keep their money and I'll get my $100 in my review. If you do rent this beach house, reach out to the owner immediately after booking and make sure there are no other reservations. This probably doesn't guarantee that you'll get it but it should increase your odds.

Family and I had a blast

Took my wife and boys to the coast for the weekend. The property couldn't be nicer. Was exactly how the pictures showed it online. Daniel, owner, was available when we had questions and very resourceful. Even though the weather didn't cooperate while we were there, we made a ton of memories enjoying the amenities that the home had to offer. We will definitely be coming back in the future! Highly recommend this property!
