Welcome to Flip Flop Paradise on beautiful Folly Beach! This fantastic second row beach home will be a repeat family destination for years to come. The home has a private dock, gorgeous marsh, river, and ocean views. Open floor plan with large living area, 3 bedrooms, and a bonus loft room, this is a perfect spot for the family summer retreat.

Upon entering the home your eyes will head straight towards the expansive view of the Folly River and Low Country tidal creeks. Unique wildlife and beautiful sunsets will be a common theme while enjoying the home. Main floor features fully stocked kitchen with all of the needed necessitates for cooking the family meal. Large living area includes dining room table and entertainment area. Flat-screen TV with cable and ample comfortable seating will be perfect for the rare rainy day on the beach or a quick break from the sun. Vaulted ceiling with stain glass windows allows natural light to fill the living area.

First floor features the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has king size bed with full attached bath. Master also includes direct porch access and Folly River views. Second bedroom has queen size bed and third room features two twin beds. Full bath in hallway has shower/tub combo. Upstairs you will find the bonus loft room, or "kids room." Loft has flat-screen TV (no cable), Wii Gaming console, and 1 Full bed and 1 Twin Bed. Loft provides plenty of separation for any needed family breaks. Access to the loft room is provided only via spiral staircase.

The best feature of the house may be the outdoor living space. Large deck on the back of the house is great for sunbathing, sunsets, morning coffee or afternoon beverage. Feel the ocean breezes on the front porch of the house. Large yard can be a enjoyable area for family games of bocce ball or any family past-time. Private dock for crabbing or fishing has tidal creek access and features a plethora of wildlife. Rinse off after a day on the beach with the outdoor shower- conveniently located near the front door.

Flip Flop Paradise is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Minimum age to rent is 25, no exceptions. 24-hr on-call staff. Home has all of the modern conveniences of home such as Wifi, Washer/Dryer, keyless entry, and cable TV. Book your trip at Flip Flop Paradise today!

**HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes

Very Nice Place in Perfect Location

We stayed during a very rainy and cold long weekend in February but still had a great time. The location couldn't be better and the house was very nice.

Flip Flop Paradise - Wonderful

Good house, loved the dock out on the marsh. Just across from the beach. Can sleep eight+, but two bathrooms. Loft for kids, plus three bedrooms. Not five stars but a great place at the beach. I think there might be spot tail bass in the little creek at the dock. Fish at low tide with shrimp.

Just OK Beach Home

We arrived to a front lawn that had not been mowed for about one month. There was no obvious driveway, walkway. The home was in need of paint, general fixing up. The beds were comfortable. The location was ok, near a beach that had suffered quite a bit of erosion. The marsh views were nice but the boardwalk, through the marsh, was in rough shape. The proximity to Charleston was good.

Great little fishing house!

The house was clean and in order. However there was some broken parts that got fixed soon after we arrived. The bed skirts could use an update due to being stained. The only down side was the “path” that was a little beach access across the road isn’t there anymore. It is a new construction. The beach access two doors down isn’t easily accessible for people with special needs or the elderly. We did enjoy our stay at the East end of the island. The pier was nice to fish off of. Beautiful sunsets. Nice quiet spot.

Loved this home, just needed a little TLC

Loved this house and it's amenities, however, the cleaning crew needs a lesson in cleaning. Upon arrival, I did contact the rental company regarding the cleaning issues and Alex was most accommodating. Other than that, the house was great. We did not use the loft because it could use some updating. Would love to see the owners remove the carpet and add laminate or hardwoods. We loved the dock out back for crabbing and fishing and the very short walk to the beach was perfect. We felt like we were front row instead of 2nd row with the beautiful ocean views from the kitchen and 2 of the bedrooms. We would definitely stay again.

Slightly disappointed but only slightly

So, let me get out my only let down-it has not been updated in many years and I was somewhat disappointed. This could very well be my issue and not what we rented. I stayed in Folly Beach last November and was pleased with what I thought I was getting and what I got. This aside, everything turned out perfect. I researched a place last second and decided on a place 2.5 miles away so I knew it was a hike to Center Folly Beach. We solved by renting a golf cart-highly recommend. The management company was excellent in every way we could have asked for. We worked on our vacation and had no issues with our internet service. So, in short, we had a great time and wonderful service-I would go back. Last thing, I wasn't real big on staying on the marsh side, but we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out back with a glass of wine.

A nice stay, but property could be cleaner

Overall our family had a good experience with this home. We LOVED the location, as it was in a very quiet area. We rented a golf cart for the week so that we could get to and from restaurants and bars without worrying about parking a car. Beach access could not be easier. You could even see the ocean from the front deck which we really enjoyed. The marsh area behind the house was beautiful, but when we were there in June, there were unfortunately too many bugs to really enjoy it. We did have a few concerns while at the house. Some of these we did address with the property managers during our stay and they were very responsive, which we appreciated. Most of the issues had to do with cleanliness. Upon arriving at the home, one of the bathroom toilets had not been cleaned. Some of the white bath towels, which could have been a much better quality, had stains on them. There was a used Band-Aid on one of the bedside tables. We felt that the loft area could be updated, especially the older carpet. The spiral staircase was very steep/narrow/slippery, and we had two kids that took a little tumble. But again, besides the cleanliness issues, this house had many great aspects to it as well. I would consider staying again. Just hoping the owners are keeping on top of the cleaning staff in the future!

Great location!

Had a great stay at Flip Flop Paradise! We’ve been renting on Folly Beach for almost 20 years for family reunions and this was one of our favorite places we’ve stayed. The house was very clean and spacious with both easy access to and gorgeous views of the ocean and the wetlands. It was the perfect hang-out spot-ideal for our large family. The house could use some minor updates, but that didn’t bother us or detract from our stay at all. We will definitely rent again!

Good times

Wonderful home! Location was perfect! Beach across the street. Tidal creek and sunsets in the back. The dock was a great treat for all. Only issues were the kitchen appliances. Old and outdated. The refrigerator kept freezing things. The stove cooked at different temps was hard to cook on. The toaster didn’t pop up and burnt everything. The beds and linens and quilts were all very comfy. We would love to stay there again. Would enjoy the upgraded kitchen.

I really enjoyed the time I got to spend at this beach house! The location is unbeatable. Between the ocean views from the front porch and the stunning sunset views from the dock, it truly was a peaceful haven.
