Located in the popular Washout area the house is perfectly situated on one of the narrowest parts of the island offering spectacular views of the ocean Morris Island Lighthouse and the Folly River. Within minutes of arriving you can be sunbathing on the beach fishing or crabbing from the dock or enjoying the breathtaking sunsets from the deck. You can also bring your boat for your own fun on the water. In addition you are just 2 miles from Folly's restaurants and nightlife and 20 minutes from historic downtown Charleston. Reel Blessed is located on a creek just off the Folly River 2 miles North of the Folly boat landing. The floating dock is 10x14 and has approximately 2ft of water at low tide*. The dock is equipped with fresh water and power. Can accommodate boats up to 21ft (depending on draft). Up to 2 well behaved house-broken flea treated dogs with a maximum combined weight of 40 lbs are welcome with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire.
