One of Folly's Best! Reel Blessed is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom elevated home that boasts both private off street parking and a private dock for your enjoyment! The spacious living room looks out onto the marsh providing amazing views at any time of day. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking your favorite meals and has a washer and dryer. Bedrooms have been appointed with a king, queen, and 2 full beds. Located in the popular Washout area the house is perfectly situated on one of the narrowest parts of the island offering spectacular views of the ocean Morris Island Lighthouse and the Folly River. Within minutes of arriving you can be sunbathing on the beach fishing or crabbing from the dock or enjoying the breathtaking sunsets from the deck. You can also bring your boat for your own fun on the water. In addition you are just 2 miles from Folly's restaurants and nightlife and 20 minutes from historic downtown Charleston. Reel Blessed is located on a creek just off the Folly River 2 miles North of the Folly boat landing. The floating dock is 10x14 and has approximately 2ft of water at low tide*. The dock is equipped with fresh water and power. Can accommodate boats up to 21ft (depending on draft). Up to 2 well behaved house-broken flea treated dogs with a maximum combined weight of 40 lbs are welcome with approval. Please include the breed and size of your dog when you inquire. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC035023. Because of the potential of fraud we would not recommend booking a property not licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental.

Wonderful beach house with an amazing view over the sound and really beautiful sunsets. The place was extremely clean when we arrived with vacuum marks still visible in the carpet. Very nicely renovated with beautiful kitchen and open floor plan. Short walk to the beach and cool walk onto the pier in the backyard. Only a short drive up the beach to see the lighthouse too. We loved it and highly recommend.

We stayed during a recent work trip to the area. We enjoyed our stay at Folly Beach as it was nice to be able to go our on the deck to hear the ocean after a long day of training. Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here! Had a great time with our kiddos and they liked seeing all the wildlife off the nice covered dock. We appreciated the new appliances and big tile showers. Great stay, we hope to come again!

Perfect Location & Super Clean

The house is well-appointed with linens, dishes, cookware and glasses. It was immaculately clean. The layout lends itself well to family gathering.The direct access to the marsh and 2 minute walk to the beach is unbeatable we enjoyed it immensely and would absolutely rent again.!

Spring break with family

We had a wonderful time! Location was great and the place was exactly as we expected.A gas grill for Bbq and a couple of extra dining chairs would have been nice.But we enjoyed our stay very much. A visit from the rental company was surprisingly sweet.

We love this house for it's proximity to the beach and the fishing/crabbing right off the back. Comfy living room. Would suggest providing beach towels and beach chairs.

Beautiful house in Folly Beach! Amazing view of the water out back with dock access. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets there! Walking distance to the beach. Loved the beach town vibe, great food and shopping. We will definitely return to this house!

Fun House

Really enjoyed this house. Great for fishing and crabbing on the Folly River and a very short walk to the beach. The house has a nicely appointed living room for guest to gather and visit. Would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect stay

We loved everything about our stay! The property was extremely clean, beds were comfy & it was well appointed with everything we needed. My boys loved fishing on the dock every day and the views were so beautiful. My only suggestion would be to put some black out curtains in the bedrooms, as itā€™s extremely bright in the mornings. Otherwise, our stay was perfect & we will be back!

Great Location, fishing pier a bonus!

Weā€™ve stayed in many places and this is one of the cleanest. Some minor updating could be done, but it is well equipped and nice to have a DW. Overall we made the best of a rained out stay by fishing and using the games and puzzles provided.

Overall, we had a great time despite the big Noreaster. The one major gripe was the place had a dingy moldy smell which may have been more prevalent due to rain. Neighbor was grumpy over using the pier and need clearer instructions it is a shared pier. The master and bathroom were small and underwhelming and the main burner does not light consistently.

A Great Location

A two minute walk to the beach. A peaceful view overlooking the creek. A four minute drive down to the restaurants and bars. What could be better? If you need a cozy place for some R&R, this one's for you!

Rejuvenating Retreat

My husband and two teenaged daughters stayed at Reel Blessed over a cold February weekend, and it was perfection!! We relaxed and stared at the beautiful scenery. We played games and puzzled until our hearts were content. Thank you for sharing your slice of peaceful heaven with me and my family!!

Nice house and as always Love Folly

House was perfect. Only a few 100 feet from the beach can easily be walked. Marsh side is great with amazing sunsets. Master Br was big, double bed room decent since and the queen bed room a tad small but youā€™re not there to be in the rooms. This end of the beach is not very crowded at all!! Plenty of beach space!

Beautiful Home

This home was actually nicer in person than in the pictures. It was stocked with plenty of cookware: to prepare meals. Management left a supply of all the necessary household essentials. The views were amazing! Watching the native birds fish in the marsh each morning is really something special. My family would love to stay here again.
