The home underwent an extensive 2018 renovation and provides an incredible and unique retreat in every season! Perfectly situated for outdoor and indoor enjoyment including multi-family vacations, retreats, hunting and fishing trips, amazing ski weekends, snowmobile tours, and private family getaways! (((Please do recognize this is for PRIVATE RENTALS of up to 12 people/stay. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to host group events such as parties, weddings & reunions.))) (*The sandy beach is temporarily covered by high water each April-mid June.*) No need to hassle with the public launch because a private boat launch is on the property! The property easily accommodates parking for multiple vehicles and boat trailers. A level, 1/2 acre, park-like lawn is perfect for outdoor games of all sorts. And provided are: horseshoes, basketball, an archery range (for the safety of all guests, bring your own bow & arrows!) , a treehouse, merry-go-round, teeter totter, swings & acres of woods to explore year-round. The location truly CANNOT be beat. The cabin is mere minutes away from Colville National Forest where there is gorgeous hiking and exploring, 20 minutes to the darling city of Newport's restaurants and grocery shopping, 35 minutes to 49 degrees North ski resort, 45 minutes to amazing Sandpoint restaurants, one hour to Schweitzer Ski Resort, one hour to Silverwood Theme Park, and one hour to Spokane! In addition, you are just 10 minutes from the acclaimed Camas fitness club and indoor aqua park located on the Kalispel Reservation which is open for participation in public events as well as the opportunity to view the roaming, majestic buffalo. Those who have stayed for weeks have still yet to run out of places to explore and activities to try! The house offers a beautiful kitchen which is stocked with all the necessary utensils and cooking items and there is a large Weber gas grill on the patio. Guests are welcome to roam the property’s 7+ acres, enjoy the five kayaks, two paddle boards, canoe, outdoor lounge furniture, hammocks, board and card games, children’s toys & books. 20+ life jackets can be found as well as beach towels and access to laundry.
