After a three year hiatus, we have updated the home with fresh flooring, appliances, and deck improvements and we are ready to host your family vacation!

This spacious multi-family get-away features a beautiful lawn that leads to 60 feet of sandy beach. You can simply enjoy the beach and lake from the shoreline; use the canoe, paddle boat, and kayaks; or you can bring your own boat! The property includes access the dock and boat slip to enjoy the pristine waters of this gem of a lake! Diamond lake is a beautiful place to fish, ski, kayak, canoe, sail or simply float around and enjoy this little piece of paradise!

The waterfront is gradually sloped and includes a sandy play area which makes it fun for young children. This home is in a bay which allows for peaceful relaxation while the main body of the lake is a quick (500 ft) boat ride away.

This get-away features a fully equipped, large kitchen and dining area. The well appointed living room has a view of the lake and great space for visiting and playing games. You can also enjoy the spacious, mostly shaded deck with a barbecue, tables, and a view of the lake which makes entertaining easy and relaxing.

On the main floor, both of the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioners while the basement rooms stay cool naturally.

We provide plenty of beach towels, bed linens, and bath towels. The laundry room is fully equipped with a full sized washer and dryer.

Each bedroom has a California King bed. The main floor has a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and view of the lake. Bedroom #2 is on the main floor as well and is adjacent to the main bathroom. Bedroom #3 is in the basement and has a view of the lake through the egress window.

In addition, the basement of the house has a sleeping/relaxing area equipped with a double bed and a trundle bed (two twin beds), a television, a DVD player (DVDs are provided), and games.

The property also has a generous guest suite furnished with a California King bed and beautiful spa-like shower. If your party is 10 or fewer, contact host regarding additional pricing!

Parking for five vehicles is provided on the property. Additional parking for boat trailers can be arranged at no additional cost by contacting hosts directly. The property also has a Tesla charger available for no cost.

The dock is shared with the hosts who live next door and use one of the two boat slips. The dock is located on the property line between the two homes.

Generational memories

What an amazing place to relax, enjoy family and have four generations gather and make new memories. 6 children learning to swim, beautiful deck to safely monitor them and space separation when someone may have needed a break in the chaos šŸ˜‚. We loved this place and will remember it fondly forever!

Beautiful Home

We have been renting on Diamond Lake four years, but we were in need of a larger place and this rental was perfect. Diamond Lake is pristine and a very clean lake with great fishing and water sports.. The grassy lawns at Connie & Paul's rental are perfect for croquet and other lawn games and our grandkids loved it. The shallow beach waters would be great for families with small children, and the kayaks were a welcome addition. We have traveled the world and we can say with confidence that the king size beds were the most comfortable we have spent a night in. Important to our aching bones. We love to cook and this chef's kitchen did not disappoint. Just a wonderful get-a-way and so close to Spokane.

This was our third time using this property and it has never disappointed. The location is great and the facilities provide the perfect atmosphere for our family vacation. The owners were readily available to make sure we had everything we needed. Whether we were active in the water or just wanted to lounge around, this presented the perfect atmosphere to do both. Wonderful lake house

Our family really enjoyed our stay this summer (our 2nd summer). The house is beautiful and the grounds are spectacular. The owners Connie and Paul (who live next door) are very friendly and welcoming. They quickly respond to any requests you may have. The kids really enjoyed the water and boats. The adults also enjoyed the water, boats, air conditioned house and front deck for watching the water activities. My 97 year old father also enjoyed the stay even though he was basically restricted to the house and deck. All-in all everyone loved the week and look forward to our next visit.

Beautiful house on beautiful lake. Everything provided was perfect for our group of 9. We did bring a small TV with a chrome cast for the upstairs so we could watch movies as a group and that worked well. We would love to come back to Diamond Lake. Thank you!

Family Friendly Perfection

We stayed here over Labor Day. It was incredible. The house and property are immaculate. Very well furnished and the owners who live next door are perfect hosts. The private boat slip and the 60 ft Sandy beach are perfect for family adventures. The lake is extremely clear and not too cold. We plan to come back at least yearly. Great job guys!

Wonderful week at Lake

Our whole family & friends really enjoyed our stay at the Lake house this summer, despite the weather and smoke. We have already made our reservation for next summer. The owners who live next door are wonderful and helpful people. If something was wrong, it was immediately fixed.

Beautiful

Paul and Connie are the perfect hosts. They are very welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean. The house was well stocked with essential kitchen dishes, appliances, etc. There was soap and shampoo in the bathrooms. They even found fishing poles for the kids! We loved the view and the use of the kayaks. Added bonus that we caught some fish. The little house with bedroom and bath was perfect for our parents, especially since we stayed up and played games after they went to bed. :) The location is perfect, very peaceful with respectful neighbors, and only a few miles to town for coffee and food. We would love to come back!! Thank you Connie and Paul!!

Wonderful, relaxing, lakefront getaway

The house, the lake, the owners... everything exceeded our expectations, which were already high for an end of summer vacation. Perfect for families and friends. We could not have asked for more. Kayaking every day, swimming in the lake (the beachfront, shallow entry is great for kids!), meals at the long table outside, coffee on the deck in the morning, etc. Plenty of space and privacy for 4 adults and 3 kids. Connie and Paul are so kind and welcoming and were really invested in making sure we had a great time! We cannot thank them enough for a trip we wonā€™t forget!

This lake house is FANTASTIC! Owners are friendly and easy to communicate with.

This is the 3rd year our family has rented this property and we have already booked for summer of 2021!!re is plenty of room for the 12 of us that stay and numerous day guests. Cleanliness is A+. We all take advantage of the kayaks, canoe, paddle boat and outdoor toys provided. The front yard and beach are great for playing and relaxing. The two boys (11 yrs old) love it also. At night, after dinner, we enjoyed sitting on the deck. After that we played game at the dining room table that could accommodate all of us. We HIGHLY recommend this lake house to anyone.

A truly relaxing vacation!

The house and property were amazing! Plenty of room for everyone with modern but comfortable decor. The view from the living room picture windows was incredible! The beach area was our favorite with convenient umbrellas to rest from the sun and chairs to lounge on while watching the kids play in the water. The swimming area was sandy and had a very gradual increase in depth which made it perfect for the little kids to play in the water safely. Great access for kayaking and paddle boarding too! It is a beautiful place and all of the available amenities of the house allowed us to stay in one place while having everything that we needed and lots of fun stuff to do! I absolutely plan to stay here again! I would love to see this area in the fall as I am sure it would be a lovely time to be on the lake. The property owners where helpful and friendly as well!

We had a wonderful time! Everything was perfect for our extended family vacation. The only complaint we had was a very strong musty smell in the lower level. Those sleeping there expressed it was unpleasant.

Perfect place for family fun

Perfect place for family fun with direct access to water. Nice little beach area and gentle sloping shallow water is great for the whole family to play. House is generous in size with nice deck and patio area providing plenty of room for everyone. We had 6 adults plus five kids, two of them 1 year old toddlers. House was clean and entire area safe and clean for entire family fun. Connie and Paul are super nice, accommodating, and available. Our second time here and would not hesitate to stay again.
