Renovated 1928 Cottage located just a short walk to downtown Estes Park! Everything is in excellent condition. You'll know you are in the mountains with the cozy mountain decor while still providing all the comforts of home!

PLEASE NOTE:
- This is a NON-SMOKING, NO ANIMAL property.... Adult(s) renting cottage must be 25 years or older. Child 16 years or older with an adult is welcome.

- This property tries to provide a near allergy-free/fragrance free environment by minimizing use of products with fragrances, no air fresheners and no animals.

- This cottage is located fairly close to W. Wonderview Avenue – which can be a very busy road with traffic heading in/out of the Rocky Mountain National Park North entrance. You will hear traffic noise. It is a great spot if you enjoy watching cars & bikes pass by while sitting under the covered porch.


Enjoy your evenings relaxing in the cozy living room enjoying a glass of wine in front of the fireplace (gas fireplace unit is controlled by a wall switch! ambiance on.. ambiance off). The patio door provides ample natural light with views of the Lumpy Ridge (mountains).

The kitchen allows for a full range of meal preparation by including pots, fry pans, pizza pans, cookie sheets, casserole dishes and all the 'gadgets' necessary to make most any meal. Appliances include NEW stove/oven, refrig, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, drip coffee maker, toaster & crock pot!

This cottage is connected! WiFi & Streaming Service are provided. There is also a BlueRay DVD Player & a small collection of DVDs. There are two Flat Screen TVs throughout this cottage - with the Living Room being a Smart TV - providing ability to log into your own movie accts (Netflix/Amazon/etc.) or watch YouTube Videos, etc.!

The Queen bedroom features a new bed, walk-in closet, luggage racks, wall mounted TV, ceiling fan above bed, reading lights & night stands with clocks. All pillows & linens are new and linens are 'fragrance free/dye free'.

The forced air natural gas furnace provides comfort throughout during the colder days/nights. The two ceiling fans (dining area & Queen bedroom) help circulate the air during a warm summer day. (NOTE: There is no A/C). The Water Heater is an on-demand unit providing endless hot water.

Have your morning coffee on the front patio or enjoy comfortable seating on the back covered porch while viewing the mountains or watching for elk & deer. This cottage is a wonderful place to enjoy your Estes Park vacation!

- 100% Refund if cancel 30 days prior to reservation date.
- 50% Refund if cancel 14 days prior to reservation date.
- No Refund if cancel less than 14 days prior to reservation date.
- No Refund for personal choice early departure or inclement weather.

Guest must cancel by 11:59pm on the cut-off day before check-in to receive a refund. All times are specific to the property's time zone (Mountain Time).
