About me: I’m Karina Coronesi, and I work with children with autism—a career I’m deeply passionate about. Witnessing the positive impact of my work over the years is my greatest motivation. I also enjoy wing foiling, a fantastic sport with a wonderful global community. Maui offers one of the best locations for this activity, and you can often find me at Kanaha or the Harbor with my husband, Mark having the time of our lives. Having lived and traveled worldwide, I appreciate the good in all people and experiences. Hosting vacation rentals has allowed me to form lifelong friendships, which I truly cherish.


About the condo: Recently renovated, our elegant and fully equipped 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft condo with kitchen and lanai is situated within a beautifully landscaped 15-acre tropical garden, just steps from Kamaole Sands Beach Park III and some of the world’s most stunning beaches.
The resort offers a range of amenities including tennis courts, pickle courts, two hot tubs, a swimming pool and kiddie pool, decorative fountains, expansive lawns, barbecue areas, a gym, and an activity information center, making it one of the most sought-after rentals in Maui. Ideally located in South Kihei/Wailea, it provides easy access to golfing, shopping, walking, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching, and some of the most breathtaking sunsets you’ll ever witness.
This top-floor unit boasts beautiful ocean and Haleakala views from the lanai. With 1,200 square feet of living space and a striking circular oak staircase leading to the master suite, it is tastefully decorated with original artwork and natural earth tones to create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Recent upgrades include split AC, granite countertops, a 75” flat-screen TV, tiled floors, European fixtures, and all new high-end appliances.
We take great pride in maintaining this unit, and we believe it will be one of the many reasons you’ll want to return to Hawaii. Treat yourself and enjoy everything Maui has to offer. Our condo is the perfect home away from home. Aloha and Mahalo nui loa from Mark and Karina.

Great location and well stocked

Everything was great except cleaning- hair in shower, no dusting has happened in months, items not put away. Place itself is beautiful and great location.

Great option for Family

Condo was just as described in the listing. Had everything you need for a fun stay. Great location, awesome amenities. Much better than a hotel. The only issue was that upstairs loft and front bedroom got hot, but provided fans made them ok to sleep.

Perfect for our family vacation!

We had such a fantastic time staying here with my parents and our toddler. Access to the pool and beaches is excellent. Communication with Karina was outstanding! She was friendly, responsive and informative. Thank you! Mahalo!!

Great location

Flawless process and stay. Great location to easily drive to other parts of the island. The condo was clean, comfy and quiet. The condo grounds were beautiful and we enjoyed the pool too. Grab your coffee and walk across the street to the beach to watch the turtles in the morning! Gals at the front office were super sweet and helpful.

Great property, very comfortable

Unfortunately, they were redoing Kihei road while we were there, so the street being closed and the tar smell was not what we would have liked, but outside of that we had a great time. The condo was clean and very spacious. A little warm at times, but nothing we couldn't survive with the fans provided!

Perfect Location

Great location, close to everything including the beach! Karina promptly responded to questions once we were checked in. The property grounds are meticulously maintained. AC downstairs, bedroom and industrial fan in the loft kept us comfortable at night. Most importantly, WIFI was strong enough for all our devices. Will definitely stay here again!

Very Nice!

Excellent location within walking distance to beach, food, shopping! Amazing sunsets from the Lanai, absolutely beautiful view! Condo was well stocked and very comfortable. Rain in paradise

It rained 5 out of the 7 days we were there but we still went out and made the best of it. But it was nice to know we had a cozy home to come back to at the end of the day. Karina checkes in with us a couple of times to make sure all was good. Thanks karina!

Beautiful spacious condo- just hot

The condo itself was very clean, upgraded, and spacious- we just found that even with the a/c and all fans going it was much too hot to sleep comfortably at night and we ended up leaving early and changing our accommodations.

Paradise Found

For me this was the perfect place to stay in Maui. Views, clean and a great owner at a reasonable cost. I have been to Maui 8 times and this is the best property I have stayed at. Karina is responsive and was willing to accommodate me when a temporary emergency occurred. When a minor hiccup occurred with the management company she stepped in even though she was at a family event. The unit itself was spotless and had plenty of room for my family of 5 including three teens. Everything we needed was there boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel equipment etc. definitely coming back here if Karina will have us!

Maui perfection

Karina is such an amazing owner! My daughter has an allergy to a laundry detergent and she made sure that the towels and shirts weren't washed and dried with this detergent. We had a small issue (electrical outlet) and she was very quick to fix the issue. This property has an amazing view from the lanai and it is very quiet and peaceful in her condo. There is about any kitchen item you can think of..including an instant pot and keurig! The place was spotless, huge, comfortable, secure and safe. The beach closet is VERY well stocked and this really just felt like a home away from home. I WILL be staying here again.

Amazing place and great owner

We had a great stay at this condo. The location is close to the park with a large grassy area, multiple BBQ facilities, showers, beach access, everything we wanted and more. The beaches were amazing, full of sea turtles, eels, fish, octopus, and even on the windy days we enjoyed the snorkeling and scuba diving. Karina is a very hospitable owner and we look forward to returning to this place. We had a couple accidents and ended up breaking two glasses and the blender. I called Karina to see how she wanted me to fix this, I was thinking of replacing the blender or paying for the cost of a new blender, but Karina told us not to worry about it. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Kihei, near the water, and close to all the shops and restaurants. Karina was very accommodating and we had a great time with no issues or regrets.

Property Manager is a life saver/wonderful stay!

The Property Manager, Karina, was not only fantastic she really went above and beyond for us. For that alone this was the best place I have ever stayed in my life. During the recent wild fires Karina kept us fully informed of our safety and told us to be ready and where to go if evacuated. I felt comfort knowing that she was looking out for us and keeping us updated throughout the night even though she had her own family to also worry about. When our flights were canceled, Karina worked with us to continue to stay on her property until we were safe….for free!! I can’t repay her kindness for keeping my family out of harms way during that tragedy. I’m so thankful for her. The rental property was simply amazing. Great location, very clean and well stocked, tons of amenities like a two full size bathrooms, bath and beach towels, bedding, beach equipment, fully stocked kitchen, washer /dryer. We traveled with an infant so there was also a portable crib and high chair seat for us to use. The property was also very plentiful, huge pool and hot tub area, snorkel by the day or week rentals, outside showers, BBQ areas, beautiful landscaping, 5 min walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the start of local restaurants and shops. Karina and her property really made our vacation memorable! I can’t wait to return to her property again.

Beautiful accommodations on our favourite tropical island

Choosing something on the internet can be slightly scary. Is the condo going to be what it looks like? Will we like where we are staying and will things go smoothly? I have to answer YES to all these questions. From the moment the decision was made to stay at 8-410 until our final farewell, it couldn't have been better. Karina was kind, gracious and extremely helpful from our first email to our last contact with her. The condo is actually better situated than I had thought. I was worried about being in building 8 at the back of the property. No need to fear. It was quiet, BBQ's very handy, the view was way...better than I had anticipated, the kitchen is to die for (every gourmand's dream). The unit is beautifully decorated and everything you need is there including WiFi. Loved not having to take keys with us each day the coded door is great. Nice furnishings, comfortable and very relaxing. There were even beach chairs and boogie boards. Dealing with Karina was a pleasure and she made sure our needs were met. We'd love to stay at 8-410 again, the sooner the better. Only small complaint is that the beds are pretty hard but that is the only thing. Fantastic holiday in a terrific condo. We've been to Maui lots but a couple highlights are the Maui Swap Meet on Saturdays at Maui College, restaurants 808 Bistro and Three's Bar and Grill. Thanks

Lovely condo, lovely people but hot and crowded

Condo was lovely and the folks who own it are lovely. There were plenty of cooking utensils and beach toys available. The pool was crowded compared to other facilities we’ve stayed at and despite the description, there is no kiddie pool area (shallowest part is over 3 ft). Also, there is only 1 box AC in living room which frankly is just insufficient to cool the bedrooms at all. That said, the house was quite nice and we enjoyed all the staff working there. The front garden is lovely and the place was quiet.

We live just five minutes away from the condo and are highly responsive to all guest requests and needs. When issues arise, we act promptly, understanding that for many guests, this may be their only time in Maui. Our goal is to ensure every visitor has the best possible experience.
