Perfectly located near the Village Green, Cape Vincent Chamber of Commerce and The Wolfe Island Ferry to Canada with convenience to several restaurants, Marina, Brewery, Cafe, Ice Cream Shop, French Towne Market, Boutiques & More!
Enjoy a fresh spacious home, fully furnished kitchen, Large Dining Room, quaint River View Reading Room, large family room full laundry and 3 bedrooms with full bath upstairs.
Take in great views of the St. Lawrence River from a few rooms in the house or outside on the large deck. Here you can enjoy views of the River, the Village Green and the comings and goings of Hornes Ferry.
In July thousands visit Cape Vincent for the French Festival. Throughout the summer there are numerous events that take place on the Village Green include weekly music. Also, Car shows, historic reenactment, family day, stroll along broadway and Oktoberfest the end of September.
Approximately 1 mile to Tibbets Point Lighthouse and only a 25 minute drive to the ferry's that will take you to Boldt Castle. and Millionaires Row.

We booked this home for a wedding we were travelling to and it was great! The home is located in downtown Cape Vincent where you can walk to local diners, the ice cream shop, cute boutiques, and the river. There are wonderful spaces for hanging out both inside and out. We had everything we needed, and the kitchen was well stocked. We had a young toddler with us, but they had baby gates and other items to make life easier. Great side yard for playing games. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time and Becky was very attentive answering my questions. A perfect location for enjoying Cape Vincent on foot and watching the cargo ships pass by. The kitchen had everything you need and the fire pit was amazing!

Cape Vincent~

Becky and Mark's place was so cute and perfect for our family. Close to the coffee shops, stores and more importantly, the river!! We walked in the mornings to the lighthouse..Beautiful!

Paradise in Cape Vincent

Beautiful and welcoming home with everything one could need. Walk a few steps to enjoy lovely small town America with artisan shops, or watch lakers cruise by on the St. Lawrence River. Very kind hosts and neighbors!

Property was well maintained and welcoming! Convenient location, quiet neighborhood… great for walks, enjoyed watching the freighters and took advantage of the ferry running to Wolfe Island

1000 island getaway

The home was very clean and comfortable. Owner was very thoughtful with amenities- great out patio to relax on, very comfortable beds, spacious living room and dining/ kitchen ! We appreciated the TVs too ! The abundance of bath towels was great. The attention to detail is what was appreciated and made our stay a pleasure 😊

5/5 Stars - Absolute Perfection in Cape Vincent! We had an incredible stay at this beautiful, spacious home in Cape Vincent! The house features stunning water views and some of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in. Located in a charming, peaceful neighborhood, it was the perfect backdrop for our trip. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding hospitality from our hosts, Mark and Becky. They were welcoming and attentive, ensuring our vacation was seamless.Our days were filled with family time, listening to acoustic guitar, and singing, laughing, and making unforgettable memories. A major highlight was watching the absolutely amazing sunsets over The Cape each evening. We also loved being just a three-minute walk away from the Cape Vincent Brewery, where we enjoyed two delicious dinners in a great, laid-back atmosphere. We cannot recommend this home and these hosts highly enough. We are already looking forward to our next family visit!

We are the Stewart Family! Mark, Becky and our sons Skyler, daughter in-law Syndey, Paul and Colby along with our Doodles, Simon & Sadie. Our lives are blessed with our children, our dogs and our Sign/Apparel/Gift Shoppe business. We decided to open this home to visitors of Cape Vincent. We also offer another VRBO "Tall Timbers Lodge" outside of town. We wanted to share our quaint town with you. We have lived just outside of Cape Vincent for over 20 years and have grown our family and business here.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

The Cape is a great community, and we love it here! In the summer we escape to the St. Lawrence River from our busy Sign Business as much as possible and enjoy being on the water and taking in the gorgeous sunsets. The 1000 Islands is a wonder. There are over 1800 islands and several ways to see them. There are rental boats available at a nearby marina. This house is located conveniently to 2 marinas where you could keep the boat for the duration of your stay AND walk to it or dip your kayak in!

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

This properties name came to us when we purchased the Copper to build the bar in the dining area/kitchen. A large deck to entertain oversees the Village Green where families can often be seen playing. There are also wonderful events & live music on the Village green. We have chosen unique items to decorate and hope that the ambiance will delight every traveler that stays with us.
