Beachfront 3BR/3BA Ground Floor Walk Out to Beach

Beautiful beachfront condo on the ground floor of a small building. It has a big beach front patio that you can walk down only four steps and you'll be on the sand dune already. Walk to your right through a wrought iron gate and you'll be at the pool/Jacuzzi area.

The condo is very spacious, about 1500 square feet inside. This unit has two separate suites at each end, each with its private bath, and a guest/kids bedroom in the middle, with the third bath that opens to the living room.
Direct access to unit from parking, No need to use elevator. Direct walk out to beach from Patio without walking pass other condo units! Walk out to Pool (communal)
It has bright and calming decor, with a mirror wall on one side reflecting the beach view. Kitchen is good size, has all the appliances you would expect in any home. Condo was extensively remodeled before May 2018 with all new stainless appliances and stacked washer/dryer. It has shiny white kitchen cabinets with granite counter top. Everything you need for a fun filled beach vacation is here. Strictly no pets, no indoor smoking. Owners are allergic to animal fur. We require proof of identity and age of the person reserving. Extra person fee may apply depending on season and property. No more than 8 persons in the condo at any givien time,including visitors.

Can’t beat the beach access!

Great location, close to restaurants and shopping, and the beach access was literally right out our back door. Excellent value and would recommend for families who want to spend as much time as possible at the beach.

Beach Getaway

This was our first trip to South Padre Island. We will definitely be back. This place is clean, roomy, and convenient to both the beach and local eateries.

Great beach stay

This was a great condo on the beach. We were there during the end of spring break, yet that property was very quite. The building is very nice, very clean and pleasant to stay at. Kitchen is stocked very well. It is a very nice place to stay and a lot of shops, restaurants, and attractions with in walking distance.

Paradise on the beach!

This place is a gem. My friends and I stayed for 6 nights in this amazing house on the beach. The house had everything we needed and more. We had our own private access to the beach, which is unheard of. We had a couple minor issues and the owner addressed them immediately. We so enjoyed sitting out on the patio every morning watching the sunrise over the gulf. Highly recommend this beautiful home. We are already planning our next trip in 2026.

We Love This Place :)

The property was spacious and provided all the kitchen things you would have at home. It directly faced the gulf and the beach, and the pool was so close. It was wonderful drinking coffee on the patio watching the sun rise. The grounds personnel were friendly and professional and the pool area was one of the cleanest I've seen. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Weekend with the family.

The property was excellent, just as shown in the pictures. The location and the easy access to both beach and the pool make this property worth every penny. I had a great time with my wife and 1 year old child. Excellent communication with the host although we didn't have much to talk about since everything was handle before our arrival. I'll come back any time.

Great location

Property was close to beach. Roomy! The dishes in cabinets had to be washed before use. All the beds were either hard or too bouncy. New beds would be a great investment! Also having a broom in unit would be nice to be able to sweep sand up.

Great, but need new beds

The location was great and being first floor worked well. It was myself and all my children and new grandson. The condo could be better stocked cooking utensils that were useful, the whip did nothing trying to make pancakes. The furniture is outdated and you sink, but we did not spend much time there. The beds were all saggy. On the second day I put my back out simply from the bed and I’m very fit. We all struggled with them, even my 10 year old twins. Small investment will make a huge difference for our return. Christine was easy to reach when we had lock issue. Low overall due to the beds.

Great stay at a lovely condo

We stayed in this condo over Easter break. It is on a very quiet section of the beach. The condo looks even better in person than the pictures show. It was very clean. The unit was ready when we arrived shortly after 3:00 as Christine promised. Christine was very easy to communicate with and everything went smoothly. We've rented condo's on the beach in various places, but this was the first time we had a ground level unit. It was really nice not to lug all of the chairs, beach toys, etc. on the elevator. It was like we had our own private walkway to the beach, and the pool entrance was also right outside the back door. The unit seemed bigger than we expected. The master bedroom has a king bed with large bathroom (the photos only show the pedestal sink by the shower, but there is also another section of the bathroom with a larger vanity). The 2nd bedroom had 3 twin beds and the third bedroom had 2 twin beds. There was plenty of parking and the property was very quiet and secure. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We had a great stay!

Great vacation experience

My family of 6 plus my mother stayed at this condo for four nights and wished we had more time to enjoy our vacation. Here are some things that made me rate the property so high: - great communication with the owner, very responsive and detailed. We received directions and all required information in advance via email. There were instructions posted inside the condo, and when I had questions throughout our stay we received answers right away. - the condo was very close to the beach-- very important to us since we had a toddler and a senior family member. The ground floor level facing the beach was perfect, it doesn't get closer to the beach than that. - the condo had all necessary of household items, plus games, books and beach toys. All we had to buy was food. - the condo is nicely furnished and decorated. It is clean, with recently remodeled bathrooms. - there is an outdoor shower right next to the condo inside the pool area, and a hose on the condo porch. We were able to keep the sand out of the condo without a problem. - flexible sleeping arrangement: there are three bedrooms with master bed/ 2 twin beds/3 twin beds plus a sofa. Plenty of space to have some quiet time. I highly recommend this condo!

Perfect vacation spot!

Before booking this place, we were about to book a high-rise luxury condo, but one final search turned up this place. We have absolutely no regrets. The bathrooms and kitchen had been recently updated; the three bathrooms were really nice to have with our group; and there was adequate furniture seating in the unit for everyone in our group. Kind of wish the 2nd master had a queen bed instead of two twins or at least an option to have the two twins together, but that was our preference and not necessarily every renter's preference. There is a lot to be said for being on the ground floor with a direct walkout to the beach and easy access to the pool/hot tub area. We have stayed in high rises before where we spent a lot of time waiting on a slow elevator; none of that time was wasted here! Drive up on one side of the condo and go out to the beach on the other....it doesn't get any easier than that folks! The path to the beach was covered in rubber mats for easier walking. Also, the hose on the large patio was very handy for washing off sand before entering. The kitchen was very well equipped--better than any others where I have vacationed. The washer and dryer were nice to have in the unit as well. Would love to try to come back again when the weather is a little more favorable than it was for us this time. We highly recommend this location! Thank you, Christine, for sharing your wonderful vacation spot with us!

The View!

As a family of six, we had a great time with lots of space to spread out and relax. The view from the porch was morning ritual with coffee. Despite the rain, the deeply recessed porch offered shade and cover to enjoy during the downpour. We had a small opening within the sand dunes to watch the teens at the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with the right items for us to cook full meals. Would book again!

Unbeatable location

Very nice and spacious condo. Perfect for our family. The main thing we loved was that it’s located right on the beach, ground floor. You literally walk out the back door and a private beach access is there. The pool is also right next door so I could even see the kids swimming through the window. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location

The location is everything - ground floor, walk through dunes to beach. Pools, hot tub right there. When returning from beach, we just dumped our gear on porch, before entering house. So easy.

CONVENIENT, CONVENIENT, CONVENIENT!

This property was located steps away from the beach as well as the swimming pool. There was plenty of seating to enjoy the breeze on the back patio facing the beach. Parking was also just steps away from the front door.
