This well maintained, tropically decorated, Beachfront condo in beautiful South Padre Island is available for vacation rental by owner directly. It has been tastefully updated with tropical themes summer of 2018. Unit is on the fourth floor (elevator)north corner of a beach front building, with windows on three sides. You get gorgeous beach view in every room. The condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, double wide entry way, and a balcony that looks directly down at the sandy beach beneath your feet. It is very spacious, almost 1,500 sq ft

The master bedroom is beach front with windows that give you breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico on two sides, and a patio door that walks out to the balcony on the third side. Feel the ocean breeze while you enjoy your tall glass of ice cold drink any time of the day. Another patio door allows you to enter the balcony from the living area.

You CAN see the beach in every room of this condo. The second bedroom with its TWO FULL SIZE BEDS also has a beach view from one window, and a bay view from the other window.

Condo is tropically decorated for your vacation by the beach. Owners constantly update the condo with new furnishings and appliances. Both bathrooms were completely remodeled several years ago. New living room furniture in the summer of 2018. We also installed all new digital LED TVs throughout the condo in May 2018. Kitchen has all new stainless appliances. For your convenience we have a new set of stacked high efficiency washer and dryer unit in the kitchen.
Secure and private high speed Wi-Fi for our guests.
Strictly no pets and no indoor smoking. No more than 6 persons in the unit at any given time including visitors. We require proof of identity and age of person reserving the condo. Extra person fee may be accessed depending on season or the property.

Due to a VRBO issue we must collect City of South Padre Island-Cameron County 11% hotel occupancy tax (Padre # 2015-T6SXPN) as an additional payment request after your booking. Bookings 30 days or longer do not pay any hotel tax.

Vacation stay

Communication with the host was fast. Upon arrival the condo was clean and tidy. The property was quiet and we enjoyed our stay.

Cozy beach condo is perfect for family fun.

The location couldn’t be better or easier to get to. Perfect access to the beach. The closest grocery store is only a few blocks away. The guest bedroom is stocked full of boogie boards, beach toys, shovels & chairs. We left a few of ours to add to the collection. The kitchen is stocked very well with pans and utensils. Having a washer/dryer is perfect for families. There are even games, DVD’s & books in the TV cabinet. There’s a little something for everyone. We would love to stay here again.

Nice vacation with tiny problems.

Overall we had a great experience and vacation. The location of the property and pool areas were wonderful. There was no hot water when we went to take showers, which made bathing young children difficult. Also, the dryer wasn’t working so we couldn’t dry our beach towels or really do any laundry. The beds in the guest room were extremely hard. But overall, the condo was very nice and clean.

Awesome condo!!!

First let me say the photos don't do this condo justice. It is much larger and the master bath has two sinks. All nice surprises. The updated baths were very nice. The kitchen is big. I could have easily cooked a meal, but I don't cook when I'm on vacation. This is a very clean, well kept condo and it smells terrific. We loved walking to the beach everyday(takes 5 minutes) and waking up to the beautiful ocean. The beach was never crowded. It's a perfect location in the middle of the island away from the huge hotels. It's also very quiet which is hard to find at the beach. We will absolutely stay here again. We will bring extra bath towels next time, I did a lot of washing. There were 5 of us and 6 wash cloths. Beware, I washed white t shirts and they ended up with rust stains on them, of course they had to be the ones my kids had made at the Blue Wave :(

Amazing Condo, incredible host!

The condo was way bigger than we expected upon arrival! There was plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy the home. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes to be able to cook amazing meals. The view of the beach from the balcony is spectacular and just a few steps from the beach where we spent most of our time. The condo grounds are well kept and the on-site staff is also very accommodating. Communication with the host was outstanding! Any question we had, they were quick to answer and truly seemed to care that we had a great vacation. 10/10 recommend this home to anyone looking for a wonderful beach getaway!

Accurate CLEAN LOCATION

Accurate description of property, very well maintained and clean and the location was excellent, right on the beach! The only SLIGHT dislike was the patio furniture was a little worn, but salt water is pretty harsh so it’s understandable!

Great view and so close to the beach

Very clean condominium and spacious with nice decor. Had a great Easter break staying there, it was everything we were looking for in our get away.

Ocean Dream

This is a beautiful property! It had everything we needed for a perfect week at the beach. It is located on the 4th floor with an elevator a few steps from the front door. The walk to the beach is only 2 minutes. I read previous reviews that recommended taking additional toilet paper & paper towels, so we did that. The beach view from the balcony is amazing! The property was clean & the property manager made the check-in process a breeze. The property is in a gated community which is a plus! Overall rating 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great Property - Great Host/Owner

Great location, great unit, great weekend! The property manager was nowhere to be found on the 2 days I went to the office (when checking in and when checking out), but they were reachable by phone. The owner/host was very accessible & responsive. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Vacation was a Graduation Gift!

All four of our parents pitched in to buy this vacation week for the two of us. We both just graduated from college with our Masters degrees and this was their graduation gift to us. The stay was amazing! Our view from the balcony to the beach was spectacular, and we were blessed with perfect weather this week. Everything was perfect. A great stay!

Overall the stay was great! We had everything that we needed (and more, so many kitchen utensils!). We were required to bring our own toilet paper, which I've never had to do before when renting. The property itself was wonderful. The condo is right on the beach, as well as close to everything beach related we could need. The beds in the second bedroom were a bit squeaky and uncomfortable, but the master was nice. In general we had a lovely stay, although I do wish that the host had given us a warmer welcome for a trip that we were so excited about.

Over all good stay

Awesome view & location. Kitchen well stocked..spacious unit with a great layout. My only complaint is it smells very musty in the unit & the all the beds need to be replaced VERY HARD and worn out. Very little extra bedding . The blu-ray player didn't work for us on the one rainy day we had to stay in. That being said the view and proximity to the ocean /beach more than made up for a few short comings.

Great location for the beach. Nice pools. Easy walk to the brewery, restaurants, grocery store and liquor store. Bus pick up nearby. The condo was very comfortable for our group of 4.

South Padre Island vacation.

The rent process and communication with owners were very good. The property was old and needed updating, as did the unit. Kitchen & baths had been updated. Shelving in closets were not clean, and woodwork and walls needed cleaned & painted. Too much furniture! Location was great. Great views of beach and easy access. Pools on property were very well taken care of and clean.

Respite

This was our first visit to SPI. We came seeking a safe, clean place to rest and escape the constant stress of the COVID situation. Beach House Condos provided us a relaxing respite. The views of the Gulf are fantastic and people here were welcoming. We are already making plans to come back for another stay. George & Tere Railey

Very pleasant and clean property

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and 32/ We loved our stay here and if it weren't for a tropical storm we would've loved it even more. The condo itself is very roomy equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The grocery store is very close by and so is the Valero gas station. /

Plan B

My family and I were supposed to go on a cruise this week but it was canceled due to COVID-19. This trip was our plan B. Then I got worried that Plan B would be canceled because of Hurricane Hanna..but everything turned out well. We had a blast. The condo was larger than I expected and it was nicely kept up. Direct beach access. Awesome balcony with excellent views of the beach. Each time we visited the pool all of the guest were extremely nice and friendly.

Great family vacation!

We had a great time here. Property was very nice and right on the beach. Loved all the ocean decor!! Was great having a swimming pool to change it up from the beach. Great location!

Great location and view

Easy access to the beach, great view of the ocean. The grounds and pool are clean and cared for. Very spacious condo, we had everything we needed. That made for a fun week at the beach.
