Ocean Block Gem, Private Parking, Central Air Conditioning, 4 Beach Passes

Welcome to Happy Blue! One man's vision and hard work are all it takes to bring this 1940 cottage back to life. No stone is left unturned. Not even an inch space is wasted.

This cheerful cottage has three bedrooms and two full baths. It locates in a quiet neighborhood. We provide liens and towels to make sure you will have a stress free vacation. Two parking spots on the premises and 4 beach passes are included in the rental.

No parties, no drugs, must be 25 or older to rent and stay.

The first floor has two bedrooms, each has a queen bed. Eat in kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The full bathroom has a tub which will be easy to wash little kids at the end of beach day. The first floor sitting area has a sofa and 50 inch TV.

The second floor bedroom has a queen bed, two twin beds, a study desk and a large closet. The full bathroom has rain shower. The sitting area has a sofa and 65 inch TV.

Please note that washer and dryer are only available from April to November. Grill is provided, guests are responsible to fill up the propane tank when it is out at the nearby gas station.

Amazing stay!

Absolutely amazing had a wonderful time stayed almost a month, the only draw back is that parking a it’s super tight but that was the only draw back everything else was amazing!

We had the best time staying at this property! The owners are very responsive and kind. It was clean, close to the beach, and perfect for our quick family get away. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Seaside Heights. The proximity to the beach and the boardwalk are unbeatable. We had two small kids who don’t like to walk far and they had a blast!

Owner was nice and easy to get a hold of. The house was clean but a little tight of a squeeze for 6 people. The grill and outdoor seating was where we spent the most time because of how cute it was. Would come here again next year!

Excellent vacation home

We loved our stay at this place. It is close enough to walk to shops and restaurants and far enough that you’re not in the middle of the nightlife. The host is great at communicating in a timely manner. We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay so close to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay- quick communication with Dongmei- A/C ran great, beds comfy, showers AMAZING- tub was so helpful with a sandy toddler Washer and dryer made our trip amazing, parking spot next to the house, and proximity to beach can't be beat!! All little extras were very appreciated. We hope to be back one day!!

This was a great location!! Close enough to walk everywhere for the time we were there. Check in was easy and convenient. The kitchen and whole house was clean upon arrival. The showers were hot and had great pressure. Dongmei was great at answering any questions we had. It was an adorable little house to stay in. Perfect for the 5 of us!

A must stay property!!! Perfect location!!

This place was perfect and just a stone throw to the boardwalk!! Our group consisted of 6 of us as a long weekend family getaway (all adults). This is a well kept and clean property. The owner is very responsive to any questions. We will definitely be back!!

Absolutely Perfect

A friend and colleague of mine met up in New Jersey to attend a fundraiser and training. We wanted something close to the beach & quiet. This was perfect, with plenty of space to retreat to our own rooms/levels. Amenities & parking were great, and we felt very safe.

Great stay at Seaside Heights

My family had a great stay at the house. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, showers were great, the beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved how close the house was to the boardwalk, beach, local restaurants and even CVS. Dongmei was very quick to respond to any message I sent. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Holiday stay

Perfect location!!!!Close to a beach, retail locations and can walk to local restaurants. Easy check in. Owner was quick to respond. Rental appears small but was spacious for the 4 of us. All the amenities we needed. On a side note I recommend correcting the temperature balance between the 2 Floors. Looking forward to reserving again next season

Clean, comfortable and cozy little beach house

Me and my family couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The host was excellent, she responded promptly to any questions I had and was very accommodating . She even welcomed us with a bottle of wine and chocolate treats. I would definitely recommend this rental to all my friends and i would like to come back in the future.

Reunion at the Shore

Myself and my sons met my friend who lives in Washington DC and her daughter. They had never been to the Shore in NJ. What a blast! Highly recommend this clean comfortable modernized beach house. Would stay again. Near everything Seaside has to offer, but was a quiet nights sleep. Was there during the week. But it’s great access to a lovely beach boardwalk and fun!

Home Away From Home

My family rented this beautiful Seaside home 6/2/23-6/5/23. I was very pleased with the rental price which lead me to proceed with the booking, affordability. When arriving at the home , the neighborhood was quiet and clean. The home is beautifully decorated, clean and absolutely perfect in every way. We were all very comfortable and literally felt like we were in our own home. I highly recommend this rental home for your next getaway.

Great little getaway

Our family of all boys (3 teens, all over 6ft) had the most amazing time at this cozy getaway home! The second floor was perfect for them—they had their own space and loved the freedom of biking to the beach and exploring town on their own. The location is ideal, close to great food and plenty of activities.I personally loved my room—it was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms are modern and gorgeous, and while the kitchen is on the cozy side, we truly enjoyed gathering and making memories together in that space.The owners were so kind and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. This mini getaway was exactly what me and my boys needed. We left feeling refreshed and full of great memories. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back!
