Gorgeous penthouse suite is the lap of luxury on second level of this grandfathered duplex home on the island of Wrightsville Beach. Nestled in between the ocean, the channel, Johnny Mercer Pier and the restaurants. Beach access is access 18. Start your day on 1 of the 2 rockers and sip your coffee and catch up on the news before heading to the beach. After a hot day on the beach take a shower in one of the 2 outdoor showers and then, lounge under the covered front deck on the swing or at the table that seats 6 that is shaded by one of the biggest oak trees on the island or in the fenced shared backyard that has a table that seats 12. Kitchen has beautiful sleek quartz counter top, glass tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances. Unit has beautiful Hickory wood floors and gorgeous tile in bathrooms. Both bedrooms have king beds and wall mounted tvs and there is a pull out leather sofa bed that sleeps two. Two full bathrooms one with a tub shower combo and a stand up shower in the other bath with a washer and dryer. Unit is fully stocked with dishes to cook and linens and bedding for your stay. Sleeps 4 but, can up to 6 (extra fee). This rental is not available for long term rental during off season at a discounted rate- it would be the full rate. Please check out our other property at VRBO# 487998- it sleeps up to 6 max and is available for shorter stays as well- same location (as the house is a grandfathered duplex). Or, rent the whole house which sleeps up to 12 max and is VRBO#1269872. The whole house option is great for families who want to be close but, still want some privacy. Each level has its own kitchen, living room, baths and bedrooms and the entrances from one part of the house to the other is from the outside front and back steps only.

Excellent stay at the Treehouse (Upper). House had everything we needed and was very clean. Spent a lot of time sitting on the front porch that always had plenty of shade. Host was quick to respond to our questions. Check-in and check out was easy. Would stay at the Treehouse again.

Exactly as described. A wonderful two bedroom two bathroom condo with a great location to the beach. We stayed three nights and it was a lovely place for me and my kids. Super easy to get to restaurants, stores and UNCW and, of course, Wrightsville Beach. Hosts were great and super responsive. Highly recommend this spot!

Beautiful home and location

The size and layout of the home was perfect for two couples, and the location was perfect for a short walk to the beach and shopping/ restaurants. We stayed on the top portion and the associated parking spots were not good as we could not get into one of the vehicles when the neighbors parked next to us in the driveway. We also had two trucks which they did not fit in the driveway and extended into the street. It would have been helpful to be aware of the parking before we booked to determine our plan. Otherwise we loved the home and the communication with the host was excellent.

Awesome stay!

We loved this house. It was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. It was perfect for us and our toddler. It was a short 3 min walk to the beach. We also loved being walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, and of course the loop! The porch and backyard was a perfect hangout spot daytime or at night. The street was very residential and quiet. We had a great weekend and would definitely stay here again.

Base Camp for Ironman NC

The property was a perfect base camp for our long weekend Ironman/vacation trip. The property is conveniently located to race essentials such as shake out swim, swim start, and T1. We truly enjoyed being in this quiet beach community, also a short walk to the beach as well as several restaurants. The property was well stocked and perfect for our group of 4 adults (2 couples). Iā€™d stay here again in a heartbeat whether for another Ironman race or just a quiet getaway vacation.

Wonderful property and owners

Great home inside and out. Plenty of space, big kitchen, upscale and comfortable furniture, TV's in every room, a huge covered wrap around porch with a large tree that keeps it shaded almost all day long. Home is very updated and exceptionally clean. Very quiet at night. Location cannot be beat. Can walk to practically anything. Owners are very responsive and accommodating.

We moved from Denver, CO to make North Carolina our home and we are so happy that we did! We have put much labor and love into this property and we hope that it shows as it is our pride and joy!

We decided to purchase this property as we liked the location. It is situated between the beach, Banks Channel, Johnny Mercer Pier and the local restaurants. We have the wonderful sunsets that the channel has to offer and the beach to swim . We love that if we do not want to get in a car all weekend, we do not have to so do! Closest beach access is access 18.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

The home is located under one of the biggest oak trees on the island which provides lot of cool shade when it gets too hot out on the beach. The front porch of this home is a great place to sit and to people watch. Also, the front swing, manicured grounds and the huge deck out back with the table that seats 12 all make this a great place for entertaining. Last, we love having two outdoor showers that is where most bathe during the hot months. Linens for inside use are included in your nightly fee.
