Welcome to “SIT N SEA” at Island Winds West Unit 478 — a beautifully updated 2BR/2BA beachfront condo in the heart of Gulf Shores. This 4th-floor condo sleeps up to 7 guests and offers direct beach access, stunning Gulf views, and a private balcony perfect for dolphin watching and sunsets.

The bright living room features a 58” Smart TV, leather queen sleeper sofa, and 2 leather recliners. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, Keurig + drip coffee makers, and breakfast bar seating.

I appreciate you writing us a review! I reached out to this guest to see why the review was lower and she stated because she couldn't smoke on the balcony. As listed on the listing smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas throughout the common areas of the complex, no smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony. Please keep that in mind and plan accordingly if you are a smoker and considering a stay at Island Winds, this is a HOA rule so it will be the same at all units in this complex. Thank you!

Great spring break getaway!

Perfect condo right on the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants including The Hangout! The kiddie pool was a huge hit for my three year old. The condo was very clean and accommodating.

Loved the condo and location however the mattress was extremely soft, not sure if it was old or just the type of mattress but my wife and I could not get a comfortable night sleep..everything else lived up to the description.

That mattress is only a couple years old. We prefer a softer bed so we put that in since we use that unit often! We do have other units with firmer beds so keep us in mind for your next trip!

Great place to stay!

Exceptionally clean, very well appointed, great parking and very easy to enter and exit from the street. Is next door to public beach, near great restaurants and has a great beach view from room and balcony. One of the nicest condos I’ve rented in Gulf Shores, if not the nicest for price of rental. I will book again. Traffic is not near as congested as on East end of Beach Highway. Easy access to beach

Very nice condo. The four of us really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean and had everything that we needed. The view is beautiful and it is very easy to get to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was spacious and comfortable. The view was exceptional and we would recommend this to anyone. All the dishware was there and the freezer ice machine kept up with 2 of us. Plenty of storage space for food and clothes. The beach is unforgettable. Nothing like the Gulf Shores! The pool looked clean but we did not use it. Plenty of seating pool side. We went in the second week of March and while weather can be "iffy" this time of the year, we lucked out with exceptional temperatures. We were thankful for the elevators and the grocery carts they had on site to carry small items up and down. The parking was easy and plentiful during our stay in March. We are already thinking about going back!

Relaxing and beautiful

We were looking forward to a quiet break and relaxation and that is what we found at your condo. Quiet, peaceful and a beautiful view of the gulf. The sound of the waves crashing on shore was great. Restaurants within walking distance and a different one each night. Long walks along the beach each morning and sitting on the beach each night watching the sun set. It was very nice for us. Thanks
