"Casa Acqualina" is an exclusive beachfront 11,114 sq ft with 8,023 sq ft of living space in a private gated-estate with spacious terraces and soaring ceilings. 6 bedrooms/7 full bathrooms. A professionally decorated mansion situated in the tranquil area of Savaneta. Infinity pool, BBQ grill on the white sand beaches of the Caribbean. A gourmet kitchen with beautiful glassware and dishes, 2 fridges and 2 dishwashers and an app in your phone that can turn on the TV and music system to enjoy it from everywhere in the house. A state-of-the-art surround music system. WI-FI is very fast and reliable, air conditioning is silent and security system is included. It is a gated three-house neighborhood with its own private security guard. Parking is available within the premises. Outdoor showers are included in some bedrooms. A complete bathroom with shower is available in the pool area. Beautiful linen in every room and soft towels for pool and bedrooms. Housekeeping service is complimentary during the entire stay.
This house was built in 2016 for a complete relaxation time overlooking the Caribbean. The kitchen, dining and living room are very spacious in front of the infinity pool. Cooking in front of such view is very pleasant. The house has 2 very similar master bedrooms with one king bed each with comfortable bathrooms and terraces. Additionally, there are 2 rooms with 2 twin beds each and private terraces. Also, there is another room with 2 twin beds and a full-size bunk bed and one cozy bedroom with one twin bed and full bathroom. There is a full fitness center with massage table included. Furthermore, there is a media room with a large sectional sofa with a card game table, to enjoy playstation games or any movie of your choice. The Beach has chairs and umbrellas for your comfort. The infinity pool has a concrete sofa with comfortable cushions to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets of Aruba. Additionally, guests can hire, at their own expense, our 5 star-rated concierge Mariska for catering services, private chef, water sports, airport pick-up etc. Anything you need to have an amazing and unique vacation.

Great place.

Just as described. The grounds keeper and cleaning lady were great. Communication with the owner was amazing. The place was beautiful.

Family vacation

Everything was wonderful! So convenient for my family.. having Mariska to help coordinate was wonderful and hector on property in case we needed something was also nice. The only thing I would suggest is to have the floors deep cleaned at some point. We will definitely be back!

Great family vacation!

Our stay in Aruba was excellent. Everyone associated with the property was professional and timely. The housekeeper and Hector helped to make our stay perfect. We hired a chef for the week, dining memories, and they provided excellent meals every day. The location is perfect. We could walk to a small grocery store, just a couple of blocks away. The home is amazing.

5 star 60th Birthday Celebration at this Amazing Home

My husband and I traveled here to celebrate my 60th birthday with our 3 children and their spouses along with our 2 grandbabies under 2. This magnificent home had everything we needed. The rooms were huge, outdoor showers amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the sheets, towels and pillows were top notch. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the colossal island and enormous kitchen table. The staff could not have been friendlier or more accommodating. Hector met us at the front door when we arrived and gave us all the instructions. He even received the grocery delivery that arrived before we did. He was always available and anxious to please. Mila, the housekeeper, was marvelous as well. She unloaded the groceries for us and made sure the house was immaculate. It would have helped if we had a spanish speaking individual in our group but with cell phone translation app it was easy.Communication with Corina (owner/manager?) was terrific. She answered all of my questions immediately, suggested restaurants, grocery stores and allowed a later check out. The beach area was great for little ones and the perfect spot to watch outrageous sunsets. The pool and pool area made for an easy spot to relax and enjoy the sun. We would love to return to this beautiful home in the future. One thing you should know prior to going is the 6th bedroom has a separate entrance. This did not effect us we used the gym for one baby. All in all OUTSTANDING!

Slice of paradise!

One of a kind home off the beaten path. Immaculately clean with oversized windows of the spectacular view of the water. Infinity pool well maintained. Perfect getaway for families or groups of friends who want to spend quality time together. Just remember to bring bug spray as mosquitos are hungry. Regardless, would definitely return another time.

Aruba Wedding and Vacation

Our family traveled to Aruba for a cousins destination wedding. Instead of staying at hotels we've already been to, we decided on renting out a home. It was the best decision we could've made.

Superb Stay in Savaneta

Great place to stay for relaxation and privacy. Location is remote with only two adjoining properties. Entire house is immaculate and well-maintained. Speakers in all locations making streaming music easy. There is a local grocery store less than 10 minute walk away for snacks and a few locations to eat at that are about 15 minutes away. We elected to hire a private chef from ChefsAurba.com and they were exceptional. The house has a housekeeper and groundskeeper daily, and they are both primarily Spanish speaking for visitors traveling from the US.

Incredible Experience!

We just spent a week in this home with our family of 10. The home is absolutely gorgeous – just like the pictures! There was more than enough space for all of us. The beds were so comfortable and the linens extra cozy. We spent most of our days by the pool, but the private beach is exceptional. I did not realize when we booked the house that it came with a daily maid. We adored her and Mr. Hector, the security guard. The maid cleaned the house, did dishes, washed towels, and even washed our clothes that we left in the laundry room! The owners set us up with an exceptional concierge company who had our groceries stocked in the home, planned massages at the home, and made dinner reservations. We do a week on an island every year for spring break, and this was our best experience yet!

A Fantastic Paradise!

After staying in most of the major hotels in Aruba our stay offered us a vastly improved way to enjoy Aruba. Yes the location is off the beaten path and you need a car to get around. However there are plenty of local places to enjoy and most importantly the calmness of the beach front coupled with the great energy of the house makes it so with it!! The owner Corina is a rockstar who communicates almost instantly to resolve issues and the housekeeper was a joy to interact with. Highly Recomend this property and we will 100% be going back.

Outstanding house

A wonderful place to spend the week! The property was spotless. Highlights were the well-appointed kitchen, kid-approved “best pool ever”, literally on the beach, daily maid service, on-premises groundskeeper, and a fun system of folding glass doors to let the ocean breeze come in. Corina was very responsive when I sent an occasional message via the VRBO app.

Nice getaway with amazing New Years Fireworks

The property was as good as the pictures! Communication with Corina through VRBO was excellent and she was very helpful and responsive. The surrounding area was not the most inviting for walks or runs. The waterfront was a picturesque setting, but the water was shallow with corral bottom.. The property manager Hector was on site always and most helpful on many occasions! We enjoyed his help and daily hellos. The cleaning staff did an excellent job of getting the place fixed up daily. The location of this home is very far from the hotels and casino nightlife of Aruba, however it is very serene and peaceful. Many little markets around, but not what your going to need to satisfy 10-13 people. The biggest negative was the gas grill! It was awful! The gas systems are eroded and it was barely usable! . Before you go make sure the grill has been fixed. Hot water was erratic, but that could be from a timer or number of people we had. Overall we had a good trip and this property was the biggest reason for that experience. .

Best backyard

Nicer than anything else we saw on the island. The pool and virtually private beach are the star attractions. Loved all the outdoor showers.

Beautiful waterfront home

My family stayed in Savaneta for a week and loved it. The house was well equipped with everything you need. Two refrigerators and two dishwashers as well as washer dryer. The pool right at your doorstep and an amazing beach. Location was remote but convenient to anywhere on the island. The house was cleaned and the maintenance man were available and used daily. There was great communication and response by the manager. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Amazing Property and Hosts!

Property is literally the best in all of Aruba. Not even the top resorts can compare. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. The housekeeper is also fantastic and fulfills any requests. Will definitely be visiting again! 6 stars!

My family had a wonderful time and are planning to return before the year is over.

The house is amazing!!!! You are in awe as you pull up, but nothing compares to the view when you walk through the front door!! It takes your breath away. The accordion doors open to the infinity pool and overlook the ocean. The view is something out of a magazine. The rest of the house is just as gorgeous, with two master bedrooms and a perfect kids room downstairs. Our cheif was perfection and Esther our house manager became a member of our family. Would strongly recommend this property and my family can’t wait to return.
