Southern Sands 303 is located on the 3rd floor and offers approximately 1,000 square feet of comfortable vacation space. The private balcony overlooks the beach, Gulf of Mexico, and community pool and includes a bar-height Polywood table and chairs plus a Polywood Adirondack chair.

The condo has received numerous interior updates, including both bathrooms updated in December 2025 and a refreshed living room with a solid wood plank accent wall and upgraded trim. The kitchen features granite countertops, a stainless steel flat-top range, stainless steel dishwasher, over-the-range microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, and USB charging outlets.

The living room includes a 50-inch Ultra HD Smart TV with DirecTV plus access to streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime using your own accounts. A Bluetooth tower speaker is also available.

Southern Sands is directly beachfront and offers an outdoor swimming pool, charcoal BBQ grills, elevator access, and on-site parking.

Parking permits are $42 each, with a maximum of 2 vehicles.

Shared full-size washer and dryer facilities are available on each floor and accept credit/debit cards. Laundry is approximately $3 per cycle.

Wi-Fi is included, and a tap-to-connect Wi-Fi block is located near the front door for easy connection.

Southern Sands is now a completely smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed inside the condo, on balconies, or elsewhere on the property except in the covered designated smoking area near the BBQ area.

Location is one of the biggest advantages of Southern Sands 303. The complex is located along West Beach Boulevard just west of the main Gulf Shores intersection and is within easy walking distance of The Hangout, Gulf Shores Public Beach, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, ice cream, and local beach stores.

Island Outfitters is directly across the street, with additional food and treats located about half a block away.

Important Winter 2026-2027 Elevator Notice:

Southern Sands is scheduled to receive a new elevator installation from approximately late November 2026 through mid-January 2027.

Guests staying during this time should be prepared for the possibility that elevator service may be unavailable during portions of the project. Southern Sands 303 is located on the 3rd floor, so stair access may be required.

Project dates are subject to change based on the condominium association and contractor schedule.

Additional Information:

Electronic thermostat allows cooling to 70 degrees.
The HVAC system disables if the balcony door remains open for more than 5 minutes.

Smart TV streaming services require guests to use their own accounts.
