We really liked this condo. It was clean and perfect for me, my son, and my grandson. Access to the beach was just a few steps away, and the location is ideal for restaurants, etc. We will be coming back.

Communication with owner was top notch. Condo was amazing. One immediately got the beachVibes. Perfect if you want to be able to see the pool from the room. We loved this condo.

Interior is very nice, furnishings were great, communication was great. Parking was very tight and balcony is located directly on top of the pool on first floor. That was clearly stated, however we didn't realize just how close that was, so there is absolutely no privacy or ability to relax on the balcony and enjoy the view.

Nice spring break stay

Great stay visiting Gulf Shores for the first time. The condo was exactly as described. Very clean and everything was super comfortable and great view of the beach and gulf. The condo had everything we needed, including cooking utensils, great appliances and super comfy beds. We liked being on the first floor and was an easy walk down to the beach and pool. The building wasn’t super busy so we had a lot of our own space at the pool. Close to everything and location is easy to get to. Communication was great even after our departure when I left some items and they quickly mailed them to me. Great condo and great owners.

Great Place

The unit was clean and exactly as described. We were able to relax on the beach right in front of unit. Shopping was a short walk away. Great memories were made.

Long needed and awaited beach vacation

This is absolutely one of the most fabulous condos we have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived it was exactly as portrayed. Everything anyone would need was here. All utensils, bedding, towels, washer and dryer. It is located on the first floor with beautiful views of the gulf. We watched dolphins playing from the balcony. Its very convenient to restaurants and shopping, plus tons of entertainment. My 16 month old grandson ran from one end to the other when he wasn't corraled in his pack and play. Just for future references, we had friends staying at the Phoenix and our condo was bigger, decorated so much more beautiful and was more than a third less per night. On top of that, their elevator didn't work well and they had to climb 26 flights. I can't say enough about this beautiful condo and we hope to return again. We love it so much we added three more nights to our trip.

Family Trip

First time renting through VRBO and was a little nervous but very pleased with the entire process. Any questions I had the host was quick to reply which was appreciated. The pictures were accurate on how the unit looked. Very clean and well stocked on everything needed. Will definitely rent again.

Good place

The outside of the building is pretty dated and dirty, but the inside was very nice. Very clean and comfortable. Some things I didn’t like, though: too much light in the windows at night, the room is next to the loud pool users, TV confusing, expensive, door lock pad was hard to locate at first, almost no towels and washcloths, no dish soap or tabs, no trash bags, few paper towels and tp. All this stuff is minor, and overall it was a nice stay.

Spring break 24

The condo was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked and everything was very clean. We loved our view of the pool and gulf. We wished the water had been blue/clearer.

Clean convenient beach view condo

This condo was perfect for our little family. The pictures are accurate and everything was as expected. We were able to walk to the Shrimp Festival and was a short drive from anything else we needed. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and be comfortable.

Just Walked Away

Booked this online and pics look great! The elevator struggled and creaked..little unnerving. Decided to take the stairs. First impression of the stairwell was it smelled of urine , it was dark and there was gum stuck all over the steps. Front door was really dirty, I swear there were boogers on it..or something of a like substance. This made me apprehensive as to the interior. Sat my suitcase on sofa and the bottom fell out - Apparently it is busted. Be that as it may, it was clean enough on the interior and very cute. The patio, which is really a (crows nest) was directly on the area where everyone at the pool lays and sits. You cannot open the curtains without seeing a crowd of people literally 10 feet away and lots and lots of kids. So again, if you have kids this is the place for you! I could hear every splash in the pool and every conversation with the DOORS CLOSED. You can hear EVERYTHING! If you are ok with this and being on public display, then this is the place for you. There is nothing serene about this place. Very noisy and crowded and grounds overall are not well maintained. Just an overall dirty feel. We opened the patio doors and we were there all of 10 minutes and contacted the manager to let her know we were leaving. Although they were under no obligation I really thought the owner would at least refund the exorbitant cleaning fee but said nope, they had to sterilize the doorknobs????? Lesson learned and will not ever rent via VBRO again,

I travelled with my son, DIL, and 5-year-old grandaughter to this location for a week's stay. Everything we needed was here for a comfortable stay. It was plenty spacious and well stocked for cooking meals in the condo. Proximity to the beach was priceless as we all know carrying all the stuff for a day on the sand is difficult. Having the pool so close was great too. The condo was clean and starter commodities were provided. I had a couple of questions and communication with the host was quick and precise. The location was easy access and very close to lots of restaurants and conveniences. Could walk to many things or a short drive to everything. Would recommend to my friends and would stay again if I'm in Gulf Shores.

Very comfortable and clean

I’m so thankful we chose this condo. It was so clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for 6 people. The air conditioner was cold on these hot July nights and the room was quiet late at night. I probably looked at 100 condos before choosing this one and finally settled on it because it had so many great reviews.

Great Unit, Great Location

The unit was wonderful and the pictures do it justice. View from the balcony was great, and we spent a lot of time there just enjoying the gulf view. Very short walk to the beach and was very close to the restaurants and shops on the main street, but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider again in the future.

Very Nice Condo!

Great condo, very well equipped, and has everything you need in the kitchen and throughout the living quarters. Condo is very clean and very well located to access the pool or the beach. The pool is extra large and has a nice 8-foot deep end. Very pleased with the before-we-arrived presentation as it matched exactly what we found when we arrived!!
