The Sunrise Village complex is beachfront and Unit 212 is located three units back from the Gulf, making it just a few easy steps from the sand without being directly on the front row. This small, comfortable condo is ideal for families and couples who want quick beach access in a relaxed setting.
*Location
Sunrise Village is located directly on the beach, just 2 miles west of Highway 59. Unit 212 offers convenient beach access without long walks, elevators, or boardwalks. Step out the door, head down the stairs, and you'll be on the white sand in moments.The condo is close to town and within walking distance of Waves Beach Mart, The Beach House Kitchen, Island Ice Cream, and S & S Seafood Market, making it easy to enjoy meals, snacks, and essentials without constant driving.
*Interior and Updates
This approximately 600 sq. ft. condo was remodeled in 2020 and has been thoughtfully maintained with recent updates, including:
New couch added March 2024 Fresh interior paint in September 2024
The fully tiled interior features a clean, beach-inspired design and comfortably sleeps up to six guests.

Each bedroom and the living area include a flat-screen TV, and both bedrooms feature newer mattress sets for added comfort.
*Kitchen and Amenities
The kitchen is fully equipped with major appliances, an ice maker, and everything needed for easy vacation meals. A washer and dryer are located inside the unit, making this condo especially convenient for families and longer stays.
*Parking and Property Notes
Assigned parking is available for up to two small cars or one standard-size truck. The space is not suitable for oversized vehicles. Trailers, boats, high-top vans, and vehicles with roof racks are not permitted.
Unit 212 does not have a private balcony. Guests may enjoy the large shared breezeway with seating, common viewing decks, and a designated grilling area. Grills are not provided.
*Non-Smoking Policy
Sunrise Village is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or in common areas, including walkways, stairs, decks, parking areas, and balconies.
A designated smoking area is located on the north side of the dumpster enclosure.
A strict three-strike policy is enforced: First offense: Warning and direction to the designated smoking area Second offense: 50 dollar fine Third offense: Eviction without refund
**Construction Update**
Repair work is ongoing at the south end of the complex. Guests may notice weekday activity between 8 AM and 5 PM, including scaffolding or equipment on-site. Beach access and the pool remain open, and disruption at this unit has been minimal. The most disruptive portions of the project have already been completed. Please contact us for the most current updates prior to booking.
*Additional Information
This is a non-smoking unit. Monthly stays are from the first of the month to the first of the following month. Monthly rates are not prorated. Renter/occupant must be at least 25 years old.
