Come be our guest in Three 20s by Three 20s Condos, LLC, Sunrise Village #207! Our renovated, perfect family friendly 2 bedroom 1 bath for your beach vacation is as seen on HGTV's Beachfront Bargain Hunt!!
Great views of the beautiful Gulf! Walk straight down to the beach from our 2nd floor condo! Really! We're RIGHT ON THE BEACH, and experience the beautiful white sands! The pool is the perfect space to relax after a day in the sun. The location has minimal high rises, so your views and beach areas are less crowded. Great location to relax and unwind from your everyday hustle and bustle! Just minutes from the main strip of restaurants and entertainment.

The condo includes free Wi-Fi and all your home amenities in our cozy unit. The master bedroom has a queen bed. In the spare bedroom there is a x-long twin over queen bunk. There is also a queen fold out couch for additional guests. Dishwasher, microwave AND stackable washer and dryer for your convenience! Appliances such as blender, crock pot, electric skillet, hand mixer, and coffee maker are all here for you. You'll have a free bag of ice waiting for you when you arrive. 2 free assigned parking space is included. Beach wagon, 2 beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, and some sand toys are available for your use. We also provide an electric outdoor grill just for our guests!

Restaurants, a small grocery store, and ice cream shop within walking distance. Walmart also delivers groceries straight into the Condo!

Great location

We’ve stayed at Orange Beach before, but decided to try Gulf Shores this year, and this was our favourite rental and location so far. Perfect for a family getaway!

Clean & convenient location

Probably the cleanest most comfortable place we have stayed. Right on the beach with chairs and supplies included. Host was responsive and beach was much less busy than farther east! We loved it and would stay again

Loved location!!

Loved how close we were to the beach and other amenities. Beach was beautiful and unit was just right for what we needed. I am looking forward to our next stay and the renovations! Owners were really great about getting us lots of info on things to do and what was needed from us.

Fantastic

Our family of 5 had a great time at this particular beach location. It was family friendly, not incredibly crowded, peaceful and comfortable. This specific condo was very clean, modern, and had everything you could want while in a home away from home.

Perfect Beach Stay

Very clean, comfortable beds and Jami could not have been more accommodating. Met our very need and checked on us because of the weather. Would stay again at any place she owns. You won’t be disappointed. Right on the beach, but you must be able to climb a few stairs.

Perfect on the beach condo

There is so much positive things to say about this property, great location right on beach front and across from convenient shop, the condo itself was clean, bright and had everything we needed! The beds were all extremely comfortable, the local was a safe location, also has a pool for condos. The condo owner had great communication and was super fast with reply’s, the housekeeper for condo was very thorough and provided amazing recommendation on a dolphin cruise with The sunny lady at the wharf which I highly recommend everyone do!! Will be staying here again.

Right on the beach

My husband, 11 month old daughter, and myself enjoyed our stay at Jami’s unit. We wanted a quiet, relaxing stay that was right on the beach, and that’s what we got! I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella in the unit for guest use, so we didn’t have to pack ours. It was a little bit humid in the unit (turning the air cooler helped a little, but didn’t seem to take it away), but that won’t negatively impact my plan to stay here again next time we are at the beach. Looking forward to our next stay!

Perfect Family Getaway

Perfect for a family getaway! Jami did a great job of preparing us for our trip with packing lists and recommendations while in GS. She informed us of check-in/out procedures and expectations while on the property. The condo is tastefully decorated and well-stocked with soft linens, kitchen supplies, and beach toys and chairs. This place was "park and play"! We unloaded, did our scheduled WalMart pick-up, and started having fun. We walked everywhere--beach, pool, S&S Seafood Market, The Beach House restaurant, and Island Ice Cream (what a treat!!). I enjoyed sunrises on the deck watching dolphins swim in the surf. Our kids are ages 9-19, so it can be hard to keep them all happy. They each found a way to indulge in their favorite things while staying at Three20s. We will definitely schedule our next beach trip at Three20s!

The space was great and right on the beach! We have little ones and did not want to have to cross the street or drive to the beach from another location. It was so nice to walk right onto the beach and come back up for naps, etc. as needed. There were so many condiments left in the fridge and more than enough supplies in the kitchen for all of our cooking needs. I did not have to purchase as many groceries as I had originally planned. The only downside was the air conditioner. It was on and working, but it never got below 77 degrees inside. So sleeping at night was a little warmer than we like, but fortunately the ceiling fans worked great. I also brought a play pin for my littlest one to sleep in and there was barely enough room for that to fit. If we visit this location again I will have to make sure we don’t bring the play pin. Overall, the place was a good stay for us. The host was super prompt and helpful. Anytime I messaged her she was very quick to respond. Checking in and out was super easy.

Beautiful little getaway

The condo was perfect. It was just the right size and had everything we needed. Loved the decor in it. We loved how close it was to the ocean. The kids loved the boogie boards and sand toys provided. Owner was very helpful and made sure we had all information and some. Only sad part was we weren't there long enough! Would definitely book again!

Awesome Family Place

This place is great for a family vacation. I was a bit skeptical at first being on the 2nd floor with kids, but you can't hear anything inside or out even when people are walking by. The space is cozy and the decor fits right in with visiting the beach. Communication with management (Jami) was GREAT!! The check in and out process was super simple and the location to all of the things to do is perfect! The best part about this whole trip is that you can walk to the beach in less than a minute and you can sit in chairs at the end of the walkway and enjoy a beach sunrise/sunset! Best family vacation we have had in a LONG time! Great job and we will definitely be back!!

We have 2 children who are also water babies, it doesn’t matter if it’s ocean, lake, pool or bathtub- you can’t get them out of it lol! We fell in love with visiting the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for family vacations! We are so excited that we get to have a part in your vacation!

We are very detailed oriented and also extremely particular in our vendors that we use. Since we are not in town to help you, we wanted to make sure that the company we use is as picky as we are. Our goal is to get you to want to come back and we know that that will not happen if things aren’t perfect!
