Enjoyed our stay overall. One of the smaller complexes we’ve stayed at but we loved the ease of parking out front, steps away from the main entrance, and easy access to the room and the beach, both benefits of a smaller complex. The furniture was beginning to show some age and there was a large hole in the balcony wall where the railing attaches which was a little concerning but don’t think it was structural. The AC worked great in the main living area but was maybe a tad warm in the bedroom. The bathroom was a bit cramped but was functional. WiFi worked well and the ocean/beach view was amazing. The pool was refreshing too. Not a 5 star but still a solid choice when visiting the gulf coast.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay and appreciated the convenience of a smaller beachfront complex. Being able to park right outside, walk easily to the beach, and enjoy those beautiful Gulf views are some of our favorite things about this property, too! We also appreciate your feedback! The cracked stucco area you noticed on the balcony is cosmetic rather than a structural concern. We're looking forward to the HOA getting that repaired, as we know it's not the prettiest sight! We think this is such a sweet little getaway for couples and small families, and we truly want every guest to have a 5-star experience. Reviews mean so much to small, locally owned businesses like ours, especially since Vrbo uses guest ratings to help determine how prominently properties appear in search results. We'd genuinely love to know what could have made your stay a 5-star one! Thanks again for choosing to stay with us. We hope to welcome you back to the beach sometime soon!

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the beautiful ocean view and your time at our beachfront condo. We always strive to deliver a clean, comfortable, and 5-star experience for every guest, so we were a bit surprised by the 3-star rating since no concerns were shared during your stay. A broom, dustpan, and mop are provided for light sand cleanup, but we’ll certainly explore adding a small vacuum if space allows to make future stays even more convenient. We truly appreciate you choosing our condo and hope to welcome you back for another beach getaway!

Spur of the moment get away

We came for a quick get away and had a great time. The condo is in a great location and is really close to the beach. The main bed was comfortable but the bunks seemed a little short. Our teenage son slept on the pull out which was pullout comfortable but he didn’t mind! All in all it was a great place to stay.

Hi Marie, the closet door was found off track after your departure (it was not like that prior). Simply call us for any maintenance items experienced during your visit so that we can take care of the drain and balcony door. It can take several weeks for a review to be seen in the busy season. Please call or email (both items provided) during your stay. We are happy to hear it was a perfect location.

Loved staying at Seacrest 405! Super easy access to beach and chair service if you want it. Our section of the beach seemed less crowded, which was wonderful! The AC works great! We had an awesome stay and pretty much everything was great! The condo was very clean and cutely decorated with a great view of the ocean! The beach wasn't too crowded and we enjoyed many dolphin sightings during our stay. The patio furniture was perfect for all of us to be able to sit outside together for meals or just enjoying the view and sound of the waves. 🏖
