Great Location!

Enjoyed my stay. Property was as advertised. Great view and location was close to most attractions and restaurants. I would stay here again.

We love to stay at Island Royale and this unit was one of the better I’ve stayed in! The kitchen had the basics, nice furniture, and everything was clean. The penthouse units come with a designated covered parking spot so that was nice as well!

The location and condo itself were in a great location and beautiful views. Once we arrived, there was coffee grounds on the counter, a fork behind the sink, caked up dust on the walls of the primary bathroom, the baseboards were filthy, the intake vent in the living room was caked with dust, and cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the hallway. The primary bathroom toilet flush handle was broken, the guest bathroom toilet had to be plunged with every flush, and the guest shower would not drain. The condo was beautiful, but you could tell no maintenance had been done to it. My family had a blast so we worked with what we were given, however for that price I do think things should have been in working order.

Check in process was extremely easy and the hosts were very responsive. Cleanliness of the apartment left much to be desired. There was lipstick on the walls and a dog food can holding up a fake plant.

The room was cleanly and organized. The directions were clear on how to check out. The in room amenities were great, although maybe some coffee grounds available for guests arriving may add a little extra flare to it. The beds were comfortable, and the patio was better than any others I saw during my stay. I would strongly recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing view and a great host. The only thing I found was that there was a bloody looking stain in the shower that would not scrub off, next to the drain in the master bathroom. Other than that, everything was perfect.
