Ocean Breeze Bungalow Unit 1 is true beachfront property! This one bedroom unit has the most spectacular view of the beach and is part of a 3 unit freestanding home. Open kitchen and huge family room. This unit offers a Queen bed along with a pullout sofa in the huge family room. Smart TVs, WiFi and Spectrum cable provided. Personal In-unit washer and dryer. Common area decks offer outside enjoyment and seating. Huge covered under house hang out space. And…actual grass in the backyard! Flat easy parking. No tricky garage maneuvers here. Outdoor Elevator and wood ramp into unit. Outdoor grill can be used by all guests.. “Ocean Breeze” is located just 10 miles from Myrtle Beach airport and 3 miles from Murrells Inlet. 2 BR (vrbo# 1267450) and 4BR (vrbo# 1267869) units may also be available.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
A cleaning fee of $130 per stay will be charged for all rentals.
And if you have a small dog, there is a $150 pet fee per stay.
All standard rentals are weekly and begin on Saturday afternoon. For possible rentals not beginning on a Saturday or less than 7 nights, please contact the owner to discuss.

Amazing view. Great location. Had one of the electronic door knobs kept beeping, I message the host and they instantly sent someone out to address it. Highly recommend!

Awesome Place

Location is great! You are in a quiet "neighborhood" setting right on the beach but extremely close a few different restaurants, stores, etc.. So relax during the day, then go have listen to live music in the evening.

The perfect spot!

We had a great stay in the 1 bedroom. It was perfect for us and our dog Mylo. A perfect spot also. The views from the house are amazing. We hope to come back again. The Muth beach house has so much character and charm!

Amazing place!

This property is so much nicer than the online description shows. If you want a place right on the beach, this is the place you want! Absolutely everything was perfect. What a view every morning! Full kitchen with everything you need! Washer and Dryer in the unit! Bed was so comfortable. AC was perfect the whole stay. We will definitely go back!

Great location

This was our second year to stay at The Muth House. We stayed in the one bedroom unit. Nice large living area and dining area. Good equipment kitchen for fixing meals in. Unit had plenty of linens. This unit had a washer and dryer with is a plus as we like to pack light when traveling. Location directly on the beach! Nice back yard which our fur baby loved! We will see you next year!!

A little Piece of Heaven

Husband needed a much deserved few days of relaxation and meditation. This property and location gave him just what he needed. Loved it so much he wanted to rent out for the next several months but as it would be and to the point, the unit is already rented out through at least May. Communicating and dealing with owners and house manager was absolutely a pleasure.

Great view and pet friendly

Waking up in the morning and walking out of the bedroom to see the amazing view, and being able to have our pups with us at the same time, was priceless. Pat, the manager, called us to make sure everything was okay mid-week. We loved our neighbors that were occupying the other units. We loved that family photos and hometown SC art were hanging up. It definitely made it feel like you were visiting someone's beloved home rather than a cold beach home with generic gull art. We will definitely enjoy another visit.

Shared outside space

The shared outside space is a deal breaker. Our neighbors stayed on the space morning, noon and night. There were 4 of them so it was basically first come first serve. Will not be returning.

Relaxation

I took advantage of working remotely to stay a few days at the beach. I set up my computer in front of the row of windows in the living room and could not have been happier. Lovely place with character and obvious loved by the owners family. The property manager Pat called to check on my the day of check in to make sure I had everything I needed. I decided to stay an extra day and she was very accommodating. I walked in the beach every evening at sunset - which was amazing every night. Also the location is within walking distance to the pier area of garden city (about 1 mile) I walked down to get coffee from a local coffee shop. Nice quiet location. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for relaxation!

Family vacation

Property is exactly as described in the listing. This is a multi unit condo so keep that in mind when reserving. The only thing we disliked was the fact we had to share the balcony (we knew it up front as it is described in the listing ), luckily we had a great couple staying in the 2 bedroom unit beside us, so we just respected each other’s time and used it when they wasn’t out there. I could see it being a issue depending on who your neighbors are for the week. I wish they would build a small private balcony on the front of the one bedroom unit as well. Other then that the unit is clean, it does need a few minor repairs done but that’s to be expected in a rental. The location is perfect. We felt safe and loved being directly on the beach. The property manager Pat and the owner Michael are great to deal with and very responsive to any questions we had, from the moment we started looking at the property on VRBO, to the day we checked out. We would definitely stay here again. And highly recommend this unit!

Completely Paradise!

Wanted a place on the beach. Needed a place dog-friendly. Found both in this wonderful Muth House! Before the end of day two, hubby said “book it for next year” and I did! The proximity to the beach was so close you can go in for snacks, bathroom breaks, etc. if someone in your group doesn’t want to be at the beach, the living room with three walls of windows let’s them enjoy the in the comfort of AC. Newly painted and freshly decorated, the color scheme is perfect. The cleaning crew does such a good job you won’t be able to tell it’s a dog friendly unit. However my little dog was happy to be part of the vacation and actually enjoy the beach. Kitchen utensils, nice plates, toaster and toaster oven, coffee maker, all the essentials that make a kitchen comfortable and workable are there for you to use. Washer dryer in the unit is wonderful! We enjoyed using the gas grill and the tables and chairs under the house for evening cookouts. Local fresh fish markets are close by and see food is fantastic. Can’t say enough about this little place! Comfortable beds, clean linens, hangars in the closet, towel service part of the rental, the owners make you feel like welcomed guests. Can’t wait until next year ( in the two bedrooms).

Good communication with the property manager. Excellent beach views and great location. My wife and I came down for our anniversary and truly enjoyed our trip. We would definitely recommend this rental and look forward to staying again in the future.

Beach Weak

Nice place on the beach. Some check in info needs updates (check-in time, keys availability). Place was clean but could have been better, however, the place had just been vacated by a four-month snowbird and they really did not have time to do a deep cleaning after that extended stay. But, it was generally OK.

Ocean / Aquatic Panorama

Right on the beach - the sitting room actually juts out from the building giving even more of an immersion synthesis with the ocean. And you also are shouldered by the views of the swimming pools to the left and right (neighboring condo buildings). Nice full service home with even a washer and dryer. Awsome.
