Ocean Breeze Bungalow Unit 3 is true beachfront property. This 4BR, 2 full bath unit is the entire top floor a 3 unit freestanding home. Each Bedroom “uniquely” offers its own private sink vanity! Queen beds in 3 bedrooms and a set of twin beds in the 4th bedroom all with Smart TVs, WiFi and Spectrum cable. Carpeting just removed from all the bedrooms!. Private super large deck spanning the width of the entire property with truly spectacular views! Huge covered under house hang out space. And….actual grass in the backyard. “Ocean Breeze” is located just 10 miles from Myrtle Beach airport and 3 miles from Murrells Inlet. Outdoor elevator is available. Flat easy parking. Only one step to enter the unit. Shared washer and dryer and outdoor grill are located on ground floor. "Ocean Breeze" is located just 10 miles from Myrtle Beach airport and 3 miles from Murrells Inlet. Home also has 1BR Unit (vrbo# 1264553 and a 2BR unit (vrbo# 1267450) which may also be available.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
A cleaning fee of $175 per stay will be charged for all rentals.
And if you have a small dog, there is a $150 pet fee per stay.
All standard rentals are weekly and begin on Saturday afternoon. For possible rentals not beginning on a Saturday or not being for 7 nights, please contact the owner to discuss.

We truly enjoyed our week at your property. The elevator was wonderful for my mom who was awaiting knee surgery. Thanksgiving at the Beach

This was our second stay at the Muth Property and we were not disappointed! Waking up to the views and sounds of the ocean is the best! There are so many places to eat and things to do for folks of all ages in the area. I hope to stay again!

Little slice of paradise

This is the 2nd year in a row that my family has stayed here and we’re counting down the days until next years stay! It’s a great location with shops, a grocery store and restaurants extremely close and only a short drive to the Inlet. The property is well kept and it has a very “homey” feel. I can’t wait to return and keep making memories.

Amazing property!

Amazing property right on the beach! Very clean & nicely decorated . Views from the family room & kitchen can’t be beat. The beds were super comfy and the AC kept us cool the entire week. Our favorite feature was the large deck and covered porch. Very special place.! We can’t wait for the opportunity to stay again.

We loved staying on the beach and your deck and porch were absolutely perfect for the perfect weather we experienced. The elevator was very helpful for getting all of our stuff from the car to our apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. So happy that we found this place because we will want to return for another vacation stay …. longer next time!

Beautiful and Tranquil

The Muth house is everything we want and more. The expansive oceanfront view from the upper deck is breathtaking. Every Sunrise was beautiful. We loved being able to take our dogs for a walk on the beach! This house is close to everything but far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle if you want. Can't wait to stay here again!

Spacious 4 Bedroom Unit

We loved the 4 bedroom unit. The unit was clean & spacious. Each bedroom has its own TV and sink which we thought was great. I loved sitting on the deck, watching the waves roll in and looking for dolphins. We had a great time and hope to come back again. Thanks for the wonderful unit and elevator!

Best owner ever!

We had an unfortunate turn of events the day before leaving for our trip with our dog. Michael went above and beyond in understanding our situation and working with us and VRBO. We have always had positive experiences with owners but Michael and Pat are the best! I look forward to renting from him in the future!

Just the break I needed

The Muth House was just what my friend and I needed. The location could not be any better. The house is setup perfect for a return trip with my elderly parents (elevator). Love having a sink and counter in each room, so that you can finish getting ready so someone else can use the bathroom. Loved being able to take my dog with me, she is a beach junkie just like me. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Great property, perfect weather almost perfect stay

The 4br unit was just as described, plus they featured individual sinks/vanities in each room, very convenient. The unit was perfect for our needs including the elevator for my aging mother. The beach access was convenient, one of the closest of all the properties I've stayed at over the years. The only drawback...we found out the first day that Garden City does not allow canopies on the beach, so we had to search the town for umbrellas. Not the owner's fault, I have been used to staying at properties in Surfside. I would definitely stay in the unit again, as well as recommend it to other renters.

Awesome view, can hardly wait to return

Home away from home! 4 Bedroom , beautiful porch and deck, awesome view! Beds comfortable (1 bedroom with 2 Twins were not so comfortable but I imagine for child weight okay but not as adult) House has a few quirks but nothing that would keep me away. Nothing fancy but loved it, felt at home first day! Rebooked for 2024....loved our stay and looking forward to returning. Washer/ dryer/elevator BBQ grill all in great shape. Elevator a PLUS if someone has mobility challenges and great for groceries!

Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves, the condo had gorgeous views outside & inside the living areas, many days we saw dolphins from the windows in the dining area. The elevator was definitely very convenient and one key reason we chose the condo. Plenty of parking space and the property manager & owner were very welcoming & helpful. I will say the beds were a bit firm for our personal taste but everyone is different & makes sense in a rental. The step in shower was nice with the grab bar and built in bench but a little difficult for one person in party with mobility issues with the sliding glass door but manageable. Loved all the counterspace in the bathrooms. I will say i forgot a hair dryer and there was one in the bathroom i was very happy to see. The kitchen has ample counter space and has a variety of items, beautiful view and lovely to cook in. The sinks in the bedrooms were convenient especially when getting ready. Overall a very great experience, did not want to leave & return home. Slight note - make sure when using the elevator you read the note about the doors. When you call the elevator press the button on exterior & you'll hear the door unlock when it comes to your floor, we had a few pretty windy days and would see the outer door open a crack so make sure you close the exterior door very well or it wont function.
