Inside, the home welcomes you with an expansive Great Room featuring panoramic lake and mountain views from nearly every window. Sink into plush seating by the cozy gas fireplace or gather in the chef’s kitchen and adjoining dining area — ideal for shared meals and late-night board games.

After a day of exploring Rocky Mountain National Park or the surrounding trails, unwind on the spacious covered deck with Mount Craig (affectionately known as Mount Baldy) as your backdrop. The large yard and wood-burning fire pit invite you to spend your evenings lakeside, sharing stories under the stars.

With room for the whole crew, this home offers three private bedrooms — two with queen beds and a third with two sets of extra-long twin bunks — perfect for taller guests. A private den with a sleeper sofa and TV, plus a cozy loft with additional sleeping space and another TV, means everyone has their own spot to relax.

This home is best suited for peaceful mountain escapes. The oversized driveway provides plenty of space for parking and outdoor toys.

Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
