The first level of the home offers four bedrooms; the king and queen bedroom both have a private bathroom and the single and bunk bedrooms share the hall bath. The king master bedroom with full ensuite bath can be found on the top level along with the great room which offers the convenience of a half bath along with the grandeur of vaulted ceilings, large flat screen TV entertainment center, fine furnishings and of course the magnificent views of the sea through the clerestory windows. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and large breakfast bar. The dining area is situated alongside a series of windows and sliders. There is a wet bar at the base of a short set of steps up to a turret with conversational seating surrounded by windows providing panoramic water views. Some people say that your eyes are the windows to your soul. The heart of this home has WINDOWS TO THE SEA. (Fireplace seen in pictures is not available for guest use.)

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the $200 weekly fee will apply for each dog and will be added once your reservation is finalized.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy, or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
