This 4 bedroom lake house offers it all! Enjoy some of the best sunsets you will ever see from the summer room, back yard or custom, private dock with 2nd level lounging area. This is a great home for families with plenty of amenities to make everyone happy. There is a updated kitchen and laundry room with 2 refrigerators and 2 dryers for all of those towels! The second bathroom is located within the laundry room. After a long, fun day on the lake enjoy an evening of ping pong or relaxing by the fire pit. We absolutely love this home, and know you will too!

Its a fun little cottage on the lake. It served our needs and we had a great time. Had a small issue while there and the owner was on top of it. We will be back soon.

Perfect Lakehouse

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean and up-to-date. The kitchen was great for cooking we had everything we needed. The grandkids love fishing off the dock at night with the green light and playing ping pong. The only small issue was no TV in extra bedroom for the children to watch at bedtime.

Awesome Stay on Lake June!

We really enjoyed our stay on Lake June. This was a great vacation rental home. The owners, Mike and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The home is very clean and well laid out. This was our third year renting in Lake Placid and I have to say this is by far the most well stocked home. Of course, it’s all about the lake you won’t be disappointed with awesome, wide views from the back of the home with incredible sunsets. Would definitely rent again!

Can't wait for next year

This was our first time staying at this property. I actually grew up in lake placid but moved away 22 years ago. One of my favorite things on earth to do was to be on the lake and play water sports. It was so nice to I have this place so all my friends and family could come and go. I loved all the kitchen space with two refrigerators. Kitchen was fully stocked too. The dock was absolutely spectacular!!! Lauren was amazing and so easy to get in contact with. Thank you so much again for everything! Looking forward to staying here again!

Outstanding property on the lake.

This is my family's third time to this property, it has become the desired family vacation. The property is larger than it looks online, and the location on the lake is outstanding. The owners accommodating and communicate regularly and respond quickly. Highly recommend this property.

Great Home, Even Better Views

Our week at the lake was wonderful and relaxing! The house had more room than we expected giving everyone a chance to find their own space. The backyard and dock was an amazing extension to the house with multiple spots for outdoor fun! We definitely recommend this property for anyone seeking a waterfront adventure!

Great place to stay!

This property was such a great place to enjoy our long weekend on Lake June! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. As nice as the house was, the 2-story dock was to die for and a wonderful place to watch the unbelievably beautiful sunsets. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The Best

We have stayed here multiple times and it is absolutely our favorite place to be. Communication with the owner is exceptional. The house is always very clean and the dock is just heaven on Earth! We left yesterday and are already missing it.

Great spot on the lake, great home and outstanding dock! Highly recommend this property.

No issues renting, the property owner was organized, available for questions and when we did have a small issue arise she was responsive.

Great house, great view, great amenities, great time!

This home was perfect for our family of five and guests. The double dryers are great for keeping fresh towels (there are PLENTY there), and the dock goes out to deep enough water for our ski boat. There's even a buoy to tie to if you can't use the lift. Lauren was absolutely great, she had a plumber show up in hours to fix a broken shower knob and immediately answered any questions we had during our stay. To top it off, she even found my lost wedding ring and mailed it back to me! We stayed the first week in April and the water was consistently 72-76 degrees at the dock. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing spring break; the house is stocked with absolutely everything you could need, just bring yourselves, food, and drinks!

Great relaxing spot on the lake!

This is a beautiful spot. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock and in the screened in patio area. It was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked with things you might need during your stay. We will look to stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

Great 2-story dock with amazing sunset views

Great owners who are fast to respond and truly care and want to you to enjoy yourselves at their property. The house is clean and comfy. Great fire pit by lake. The sunsets from inside the house are terrific and from the dock they are incredible. Great restaurant Jaxson’s is short 400 yard walk away. Lake June is a gem. Our stay exceeded our expectations.

We've been looking on Lake June for several years. We've seen many homes that we could make work but nothing that was "perfect" - until we found this home. We wanted a house with western rear exposure (for sunsets) - check! Four bedrooms - check! Open Floor plan - check! Great dock with 2nd story lounge area - check! Sandy beach - check! Summer Room - check!
