Our remodeled home is perfectly located, a home base for roaming all the remarkable sites and scenery of the Pikes Peak region. We are located in the heart of Old Colorado City, affectionately called the 'OCC'. The 'OCC' blends it's historic character with modern boutiques, award winning restaurants and local art galleries. The landscape will set this house apart from all others. This custom landscape was designed with luxury and relaxation in mind. As you enter the backyard you will first come to a custom built in BBQ with a bar. BBQ and bar are covered with an open pergola, bar top seating, decorated with rope lighting. Next, you enter the fire place hang out area to rest and unwind and have a drink! Last but not least is the hot-tub area. You will find a custom-built pergola with privacy curtains, perfect for a rejuvenating soak. In the warmer months, this backyard also has beautiful annual floral pots throughout. All in all, the backyard area is designed to have you excited to return after a long day of sightseeing and adventure in beautiful Colorado Springs. In every bedroom there is a closet with hangers, a fan for white nose, black-out blinds, a TV, charging stations. (there are black out shade through out the house)
