This was an amazing place to stay! Great house and hosts. Very close to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs and some family friendly hiking trails. Highly recommend if you are visiting Colorado Springs!

The property was very clean, comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. They even left us a few surprises. The location was perfect for all we did in Colorado Springs. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is a must if you’re looking to stay in the Colorado Springs area! Cindy & Mike have thought of anything and everything you may need during your stay at their beautiful cottage. The owners desire that you enjoy your stay and work very hard to ensure that you are well taken care of. Location is great for Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Air Force Academy, downtown Colorado Springs, and more. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit this area again.

This property is new, very well decorated, and in a great location for popular sites in the area. Hosts added special little personalized treats and surprise gifts, very nice touch. I couldn't think of a thing we needed, it was very well equipped. Clean as a pin, I only wish we had planned to stay longer. Highly recommended property.

WOW! This is the most amazing vacation rental ever. Cindy loves this cottage, and it shows. At every turn there is something special, not seen in vacation rentals. You feel like you are that special family member coming for a visit. Cindy and Mike make you feel at home with all their extra thoughts. They named their cottage “Hidden Treasures”, and what you will realize is the real “HIDDEN TREASURES “ are Cindy and Mike. Best vacation rental EVER!

WOW, Cindy and Mike are wonderful hosts and their home is a gem. Clean, great location, quiet, well stocked, beautifully decorated, cozy, and welcoming. Spacious and high quality furnishings and items throughout the home. And they personally welcomed us to check us in. I can tell they are wonderful people with great personal values as well. This was by far the the nicest and most welcoming VRBO home I have ever stayed in. The architecture and furnishings were beautiful, and it was very helpful that light switches and everything else were clearly labeled. I'm so glad that we got to meet Cindy, we really appreciated the personalized note and treats she left for us. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

One of the best VRBO's Ever. Kitchen is fantastic. Could cook a feast if you wanted. Bathrooms great with good Pressure. Lots of rooms and space. Easy parking. Lots of touches that make it feel way more than a regular vrbo. We travel a bit at all levels and this was unbeatable value for sure.EM

We had an outstanding stay at this home in Colorado Springs and could not have been happier with the experience. We were in town celebrating my youngest daughter’s graduation, and while she did not stay with us, the house became the perfect gathering place for our family and guests after the ceremony.The home was immaculate, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a family could need for a few days in Colorado Springs. The hosts clearly put genuine care into the experience, and the personal touches for my parents were especially appreciated.One of our favorite parts of the stay was hunting for the hidden gnomes throughout the house — such a fun and memorable detail that brought everyone together.This was easily one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve had, and it is now my number one recommendation for anyone visiting Colorado Springs.

The Hidden Treasures Cottage is an amazing place to stay for all parties; couples, friends, or the entire family. Mike and Cindy were the best hosts, taking time to personalize small details to make our stay better. The pictures do not do the house justice. From the moment you pull up, you are met with a beautiful structure that continues to amaze you as you journey through the house. The kitchen has all the kitchenware and appliances you need, and the bedrooms and bathrooms have bedding and toiletries. We stayed there with our family of 6, ages ranging from 9 to 45 and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you, Cindy and Mike for making our stay memorable!

This was hands down the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. From the moment we walked in, it felt less like a rental and more like a thoughtfully curated luxury home. Every single detail had clearly been considered, and you could tell the hosts genuinely cared about creating an exceptional experience.The home was absolutely spotless — not just “clean,” but impeccably maintained in a way that immediately made us comfortable. The beds were unbelievably comfortable with high-end linens, plush pillows, and soft blankets that made it hard to get up in the mornings. Every room felt warm, welcoming, and intentionally designed without feeling overly staged.What truly set this place apart were the fine touches that most rentals completely overlook. There were cozy throw blankets in the living spaces, labeled light switches, quality toiletries, plenty of fluffy towels, and a kitchen stocked better than many actual homes. They even thought of things like coffee supplies, honors, storage containers, extra hooks, games, and little conveniences you do not realize you need until they are there.The attention to detail was incredible. Lighting was soft and inviting, the décor was beautiful without being cluttered, and every space felt functional and relaxing. Cindy and Mike were so friendly, with timely communication and wonderful recommendations. We felt like we were at home from the beginning to the end of our stay!

Our experience here was beyond words. The property was super clean. Check in and out was easy. Our host was truly amazing. She thought of EVERYTHING! This was honestly a home away from home. We will stay here again if ever we are traveling through Colorado in the future. We wished we could have stayed longer. This home is a dream. The mattresses were the most comfortable any of us have ever slept in, and we do a Lot of traveling. There were plenty of soft linens and extra blankets. Each room is themed, which was a neat touch. She had a cute gnome game our kids found entertaining. The surround sound and tv room downstairs was nice. We seriously cannot praise our host enough! My husband said he would rate it more than five stars if possible. Thank you for all the hard work and details you put into to your home in order to make us feel welcomed.

It was a fantastic experience staying in their beautiful home. It was so wonderfully thought out and decorated for a unique experience. The hosts were gracious, and genuinely invested in our stay being absolutely perfect. So many interesting and well thought out touches throughout the entire home. It is on my permanent list of places I will stay on my yearly visits out West.
