The room was clean and as pictured. The resort itself was a *little* dated and the elevators took forever (not the owners fault). Would stay again.

I booked this property to be close to family who already had reservations in this particular building. I was pleased overall but there were a couple of little things that could've been better. The air conditioner barely kept the room cool, it was a very old. The pictures showed a Keurig coffee pot, had a standard drip, so bring coffee filters & reg coffee. The Murphy bed had a ratchet strap holding it on, didn't change the comfort level, just looked goofy. The parking garage was horrible, tiny spaces, hard to park a truck. It was clean, bed was comfy, had enough towels. I got what I paid for.

Would recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The resort was clean, safe, and professionally managed. Lots of amenities and great location. Particular condo we rented was also clean and had an abundance of cooking utensils, pans, and dishes. Everything you need. Only complaint would be the kiddie splash pad wasn’t heated and never is heated according to the front desk. This contradicts the website and was a big reason we booked here, which was disappointing in April or anytime the weather is cooler. Overall our family still had a blast in the warmer pools and it was awesome being right on the ocean with a wonderful view.

Thank you so much, Kyle, for your rating and feedback! We take your concerns very seriously and have reveiwed all of Ocean Breeze Beach Vacations booking sites. We do not advertise a heated splash pad for this property on any booking site. We are glad to know that, overall, you and your family did enjoy your vacation.

We didn't end up staying in this condo. It had a plumbing issue that wasn't going to be fixed in time so this review is about the rental company. They offered two alternatives and we chose the one with a king bed. We had to stop by the rental office to get they keys. The ladies were very kind and accommodating. We were happy with the condo and its location. One thing to note, you need to bring/buy toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and soap (hand and dish). This information is in the rental agreement but if you're like me and don't read the whole thing you'll miss it. 10/10 and we will rent from them again!

Stayed with my two young daughters and it was the perfect place for us. They didn't have a ton of kitchen utensils, but we made due. Loved sitting on the balcony every evening, and my daughters loved being able to switch from the pool to the beach.
