Beautiful house in CB South neighborhood. CB South is 7 miles (approximately 10 minute drive) from downtown CB and 9 miles (approximately 13 minutes) from Mount Crested Butte. This house has amazing views that can be enjoyed from the wrap around deck. You'll love the surrounding vistas and interior space of this meticulously crafted home with vaulted ceilings and tall windows that amplify the light and views. Beautiful Brazilian cherry wood and natural slate flooring, maple cabinets and natural wood touches throughout. Wonderful master suite with steam room; junior master suite, huge open loft for lounging and added sleeping.

You will have access to the whole house, garage, deck and garage parking.

The house is located towards the top of the hill with amazing views! The living area is lit with abundant sunlight, making the living area feel very comfortable and relaxing!

The wrap around deck is a great place to enjoy coffee, soak up the sun and watch the sunset during the summer months and warmer winter days.

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. Cook delicious meals on the gas stove. Help yourself to the spices and coffee or tea.

For hikers and mountain bikers there is access to all the trails near Cement Creek Road right out the front door. Dirt bikers need to trailer the bikes 1.1 miles to Cement Creek Road.

Heated garage to store your skis, outdoor gear, or mountain bikes. Sorry, no snowmobiles allowed in the garage! 4 cars allowed in summer, however in the winter ONLY 3 cars allowed due to snow removal and parking limitations with snow drifts.

Master bedroom, on the main floor, has a king bed, ensuite bath with steam shower and double vanity.

Upstairs is a Junior suite, with queen bed and attached bath. The 3rd bedroom with a king bed, a common bathroom, and a loft living area. The couch is a full size pull out couch, great for kiddos. The home also has a full-size air mattress for extra sleeping spaces.

There are 3 TVs with Direct TV. One in the common area, one in the upstairs common area and one in the master bedroom.

VERY IMPORTANT: Verizon wireless has pretty good reception but the other carriers are spotty. If you have one of the other carriers you can use the wifi for wifi calling or forward you phone calls to the land line. Please print out the directions and check in instructions before you arrive in Crested Butte in case you cannot get cell service. The roads up to this house are very well maintained dirt roads and in the winter they are plowed, but when it snows a lot they can be icy. It is recommended to have 4 wheel drive or a vehicle with good snow tires.

WEATHER TRAVEL/DELAY: Weather conditions in Colorado can be extreme and change with little or no advance warning any time of the year. Guest understands and accepts this travel related risk and agrees that a refund cannot be given should a cancellation or delay be weather OR personally related and is outside of our cancellation policy timeline. Please check the Colorado Department of Transportation for upcoming weather and road conditions.

There are two parking spots in the heated garage that can fit a full size pickup with extra cabs. There are 2 smaller parking spots outdoors to the side of the driveway. Parking only in the garage and driveway as there is no overnight parking allowed on the street. In the winter the outdoor parking spots must be clear or they will not plow the driveway. In the summer you may have 4 vehicles, due to plowing and snow drifts bring no more than 3 vehicles in the winter.

There is a free shuttle bus located near the park near the ice rink. The shuttle bus goes to the town of Crested Butte and the Ski Mountain. Bus routes and times are available online.
