Villa Coyaba has just 32 condos on its own private beach. The large pool has plenty of chaise lounges, tables and chairs with umbrellas and is heated in the cooler months. Enjoy the grilling area with patio seating overlooking the gulf.

Two underground parking spots per condo. The entrance to the underground parking garage is only 7'1" - please measure any large vehicles!
The beach, pool, gym and grilling area are for the sole use of Villa Coyaba guests. Gym Hours 9am - 9pm. While friends or family may visit you at your condo, they may not use the facilities.
Saturday to Saturday rentals only during summer season and spring/fall breaks. Must be 25 or older to reserve, no chaperoned groups. Sleeps 10. Both a Booster seat and pack and play are located in each YFAB unit. Cribs are available through our Concierge service.
Villa Coyaba is a non-smoking facility. (There are 2 smoking outposts on the east and west side of the building)
Please review your charges before booking on line with VRBO as we are unable to refund their charges. Per HOA rules, guests are not permitted to bring pets.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.
