Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

Your Friend at the Beach accepts VISA, MC, Discover and can arrange for E-checks. We DO NOT accept American Express

Overall, this was a very nice place to stay with everything in good working order. Location is close to things, but yet you can still maneuver and not be tied up in traffic the entire time.

Excellent communication from the host and check in was a breeze! View was great! Beach service was fantastic! They even picked up trash throughout the day. Very family oriented property so be aware a lot of young children.

I would give this property 6 stars if I could! Very clean and comfortable! Fabulous view and my favorite thing was a really well stocked kitchen! Great location and May & October are the BEST months to visit 30A..beautiful weather and not crazy busy! Host was fabulous and even sent back all of my dresses I forgot in the closet! We will definitely be back!

Don’t pass this place up!

If you want a beautiful condo with great amenities, spectacular ocean and pool views, and easy access to the beach then this condo is for you! Also, fantastic restaurants, shops, and bakeries within walking distance.

AWESOME listing

Our stay was great! The condo is in the perfect location. Gulf views, overlooked the smaller pool, and the building is right in between the walkover and the big pool. The people at Adagio were awesome as well!!

Elegant and peaceful

Gorgeous condo. Well appointed. Loved having a high chair and pack n play. Beautiful views. When washing machine malfunctioned, a brand new one was installed within hours. Excellent communication with management. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in the beautiful Adagio B201! The view was amazing!! The condo was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the property manager was great. We hope to return next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 201B at Adagio was just as beautiful as pictured! All amenities were great, very clean, no issues at all. The ongoing communication from Your Friend at the Beach to ensure we had a good stay was better than any other we've experienced. Definitely would recommend!
