First of all Dennis, there is a way of speaking to people, demanding is not it. At no time did we ever give our mail box to any of our guests, because of I.D. theft. We told Dennis this and the U.S Postal lady even told us not to give a private mail box to any guests. You assumed it was yours, communication is so important, ask the condo owners about a mail box first, don't assume it comes with lease. Yes you threatened us with your lawyer and we still said get a mail box at U.P.S and we never said it was OK to use our mail box, nor did we give it to you after your threat. Anybody who threatens or is rude without reason is bullying. We have lots of towels, wash cloths, you never asked for more. We have a cleaning, maintenance lady, who has a full stock of supplies. Just ask and you would have received, communication again. You never asked. Yes there was no pizza pan, there are other baking pans and pots. No other guests ever complained about lack of supplies, only you. Your issue was your mail and you then you made everything else in our condo at fault also. We have wonderful guests who never put us through this and no I would never rent to anyone who threatens us and who claims there are not enough supplies. Communicate with the owners, be decent, then there will never be any issues.

We have an excellent reputation as Properties Owners and we have always treated our guests with respect. We have a Professional Cleaning service that we have used for over two years and they have always sent us pictures for proof of how our unit is left after each guest. Pictures speak for themselves, dirty is dirty. Please be careful with these people, our Beautiful carpet is ruined and yes our cleaners worked several hours longer and charged more. After being in our condo for such a short stay, our cleaning company reported these issues immediately and followed up with pictures. Owners live all over the world and when organized and professional with great services available, it doesn't matter if owners are local or not. Please don't lease to these people, save your beautiful condo's. We take excellent care of our Beautiful condo and we welcome our guests always to have an enjoyable stay.
