Plan to spend the day at the beach and forgot your hat or sunscreen? No problem, it is a short walk back to the condo to get it and while you’re there grab a snack!

Want some coffee? ice cream? something from the store? Head two blocks inland to 3rd Street to satisfy your craving.

Feel like shopping today? 1 mile north is the beginning of the 5th Avenue shopping district. It will take 20 minutes to walk there, but you can stop for appetizers and use Slider or Nickle Ride to drive you back.

THIS is the condo you want to stay in while you are in Naples. Huge new TV’s in the bedrooms and living room. Two couches, very comfortable living room for relaxing in the evenings.

Naples Pier is a 5 minute walk, across the street and down one block. Great for watching for sea life or catching the sunset.

At City Dock, there are more restaurants and charter boat rentals, a 20 minute walk east.
Feel like staying in for the evening? This condo has all new furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen if you feel like cooking, seating for four, cable TV, WiFi in the unit and a coin operated laundry on site in the complex. We have coffee service and paper products to get you started. Usually there will be waters, and other sealed beverages in the fridge. (We stay there often and leave things). Feel free to enjoy anything that is there. If you have leftover non-perishable beverages that are sealed, feel free to leave them for others.

Weekly Rentals will receive a 10% discount
Monthly Rentals will receive a 20% discount.
