Nice trip for graduates

We took 3 of our graduating HS seniors for an adventure. They had the time of their life. The room was perfect. The arrangements were easy. We would stay here again. The hotel was very amenable, even though we were not their customers. All of the facilities, except for certain activities were available at no charge. 4 different pools and great beach. Two restaurants. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. We felt safe. Lots to do in PR. We did the Razor ride and the Zip Lines at La Veranos. Amazing. The kids had a great time.

Great stay at Velas Vallarta

Have booked multiple times at Velas Vallarta thru other sites. The policies for VRBO rental are different than what I had before - only have room serviced 1x per week when you have a disabled child is difficult. Otherwise, the staff as always were AWESOME, the food is good. The liquor is good quality. The activities are fun and the pools are GREAT. Will go back and be advised to better plan for maids only 1x.

Great for Families!

This condo is located in the Villa Vegas Resort, which is beautiful and has three gorgeous pools with a private beach access. The apartment is stocked adequately, we made a plan to feed the kids from the apartment, for breakfast. Saturday, the hotel has tacos by the pool which were delicious. We had a rental car so we had the freedom to eat out of the resort. The hotel provides beach towels which is nice. I love the balcony for early morning coffee without disturbing the kids. We had 8 people in total and it was great! My only complaint is that the second King bed is very hard and I would advice the owner to buy a mattress topper because it made us jealous of the other couple with the more comfortable bed. That was our only complaint. Thank you for a good vacation.

Misled by websites info on this condo

The info your website had about where this condo is located was wrong. The address listed and the map had this condo on the north end of the Malecon boardwalk. The actual location is up in the Marina area. I made you aware of this just prior to our arrival and has since been corrected. Because this condo was not where we expected it to be, we had alot of extra expenses for transportation to the boardwalk area as that is where we had planned to spend most of our time. Very unhappy about this!!

Everything`s perfect !

We stay with a family of 5 ,including a baby.Everything was perferct ! The kitchen was well equiped,beds were confortables,bathrooms were nices and cleans. Vellas is a nice place to stay:great pools, nice beach, friendly staff and close of everything (grocery, restaurants, golf).Our manager Paula was helpful,and she contacted us many time to make sure we were happy and confortable. We would go back for sure !

A lovely condo in an amazing setting!

I highly recommend this property. The property itself is spacious and comfortable with modern decor. It includes all that one would need for a short or even longer stay. It was perfect for five adults. Velas Vallarta is an amazing resort in PV. The amenities are excellent and the staff will do all they can to ensure a wonderful vacation. It is also easy to communicate with Paula, the property manager. You will not be disappointed if you select this property.

Very nice unit - perfect for two couples!

We spent two weeks in this unit during January 2018 with 4 people total (two couples). The unit is very spacious with two full bathrooms. Both larger bedrooms have comfortable king-size beds. The third bedroom has a smaller bed and is probably most suited for a child or two, as it does not have a dedicated bathroom. We used it to store our empty luggage. The deck is a nice sized area overlooking the tropical grounds and multiple pools. The weather was fabulous the entire two weeks we were there. The resort is a bit near the airport, but the noise was not exceptional and no flights came or went during the night. Paule Charbonneau (also goes by Paula) was wonderful to deal with. She is always available for questions and everything went smoothly with our transaction. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent property and accomodation

Thank you for a wonderful week staying in unit 4301 at Velas. The location of the property is only a 10 minute walk to the Marina, a 15 minute walk to groceries and the property is gorgeous. The condo is extremely spacious and very well kept. We are a family of 5 and we had lots of space in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable and the suite had a great view of the gardens. The pools at the resort a very large, and we had no problem getting a space every day. Thank you Paula for all your help leading up to our vacation, we would most definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Spring Break 2017

We had an AMAZING time at Velas Vallarta! This condo is spacious and clean and very comfortable with all the necessities of home. We had 7 people…4 adults and 3 children and we had plenty of room. The resort is amazing with beautiful grounds and not crowded during Spring Break, which was a bonus for us. Paula was wonderful to work with and a pleasure to meet. We hope to come back again next year!!!! Thanks Paula :)

GREAT GETAWAY RELAX,RELAX,RELAX

You can't go wrong booking this condo the value for your money can't be beat and you won't find a better property or manager. Paula was a most gracious host and kept in touch during our stays she might even stop by for a swim.The sunsets are spectacular and hotel staff and pool staff are unreal.We have stayed for the last 4 years in this condo with our grandchildren and are booking for next year.The room is well equipped,comfy beds,oven, and washer/dryer all huge if you have young kids BIG BONUS. We are always very happy with our stay and we think of Paula as a very close friend. I can honestly say you won't regret it ,we will definitely be staying for many more years to come God willing and our host Paula which we thank so very much. Velas Vallarta is something special and really something to see and enjoy and you will RELAX IT JUST DOES IT TO YOU

You can't go wrong booking this condo valve for money can't not be beat,and you won;t find a better better property or manager . Paule was a most gracious host she might even stop by for a swim. The sunsets are spectacular and hotel staff and pool boys are unreal.We have rented the same condo with our grand kids for the last 4 years and can' t see stopping any time soon.The room is well equipped ,comfy beds very clean,oven washer and dryer big bonus if you have kids,we are always happy when we book this condo you won;t be disappointed.We will definitely stay here again and again .Trust me Velas Vallarta is something special property very clean and something to see and your host can;t be beat you won;t be disappointed

Met and exceeded our expectations.

Clean, luxurious and well appointed 3 bedroom apartment. Apartment in near new condition. Wouldn't hesitate to book again. Paula was a great commmunicator and very helpful. Wonderful property with excellent amenities and activities.

Best vacation by far!!!

Highly recommend staying here!! The room was perfect for our large family! Loved having a balcony that over looked the well maintained grounds and the view of the pools and ocean! The staff was very attentive to our needs. When we did leave the resort to explore we found ourselves at the marina or in old town to shop and loved to eat at Victors place and the Blue Shrimp for dinner. Can't wait to come back next year!!!

Beautiful Condo in a Beautiful Resort!

My family and I enjoyed a week at this condo recently and I can't say enough about our stay. The employees of the resort are very friendly and helpful. For the most part they speak English, if you don't speak Spanish. The resort is meticulous and beautiful. Two large pools to choose from as well as a toddler pool. We never had a problem finding lounge chairs by the pools. The condo was clean and fresh upon arrival. We had 6 adults and 1 toddler in our group and everyone had a comfortable sleeping arrangement. Wal-Mart and other grocery stores are very close which makes it easy to cook and prepare food in the condo (which we did for breakfast and lunch most days). The bus system is very easy and will take you into "Old Town" for about 7.5 pesos (cheap!) The marina district felt very safe as we walked to many restaurants and shops in the marina with my young daughter. I never felt like I was putting my family at risk. This resort is beautiful and the staff make you feel welcome the moment you arrive. We will not hesitate to come back and stay here again!
