El departamento esta ubicado en la marina excelente zona para salir a caminar por la playa o por la marina tienes restaurantes, cafeterias, farmacias, supermercado (podria mandarte una lista) tambien hay un campo de golf donde podrias jugar, estamos a 5 minutos del aeropuerto. Bay View Grand cuenta con unas albercas de muy buen tamano frente al mar, axceso directo a la playa y al mar, restaurante donde puedes desayunar comer o pedir snacks mientras estas en la alberca o pedirlo directamente a tu departamento; tambien tiene gimnasio y dos canchas de tenis que puedes hacer uso de ellas. El departamento tiene 4 cuartos cada uno con su baño y regadera, estra de tv, sala una barra para bebidas bastante amplia, comedor para 10 personas cocina equipada, lavadora, secadora, y un amplio balcon con mesa para 10 personas y un jacuzzi privado con vista al mar.

Fabulous! Perfect beach, pool, comfort, and convenience.

We did need to know that there was filtered water for drinking and that Uber was the best way to get around. All together the stay was idyllic with all we needed and could have wanted for a great luxury vacation!

Premium Views in Luxury

We arrived to panoramic views, and modern condo far exceeding expectations. Condo was fully furnished, decorated, clean and welcoming. Far exceeded any hotel, with plenty of beds for our group. Balcony was spacious, and million dollar views of luxurious gardens, beach and 180° of Bandaras Bay.

Winter get away

This place has a great view and location. It could be a 5 star condo with some cleaning and updates. We didn’t have hot water the first day, and there are no screens and some patio doors need new locks. They were prompt to fix some of the issues. Hopefully they will paint and update.

Beautiful location

Our group of 7 women thoroughly enjoyed our view from the 12th floor ocean view property. The stay was very peaceful and the entire property (both the suite and the grounds) were well managed, clean and beautiful. The only challenge was a lack of supplies and getting them but the owner came through after a bit of a delay and then more than made up for it by giving us a late checkout so we could head right from the resort to the airport.

Lots of space, walking distance to restaurants and bars

We generally stay at another resort in the Marina and decided to try BayView. The property is clean, the pool bar / restaurant has everything you need - good margs and decent poolside food. The condo itself is spacious and allowed our family to spread out. We had to reach out to the property manager a couple of times during the week with questions and they were answered quickly.

Amazing, spacious condo in paradise!

The condo was absolutely amazing! We loved sitting on the balcony playing cards and watching the sunset on the bay. The condo has its own private pool and beach, and is minutes' walk from grocery, or shopping/restaurants/excursions in the marina. Full, well-appointed kitchen, four bedrooms/four bathrooms with room to sleep 8+ very comfortably, and a large dining room and living room. Tons of space, everything is very high quality and beautiful. I could not recommend this place more.

Bed experience

The location, the view the outside property absolutely breathtaking, until you get into the unit. It was old unkept and dirty. Not at all what shows in the picture. The walls and the baseboards were scratch up and dirty. The blinds on the windows broken and dirty , appliances old and rusty.Cupboards dirty inside and out.Racks inside cupboards rusty with old food. Filthy showers, we had to go buy bleach to scrub them down. The bottom of the toothbrush and toothpaste holder were white with old dirt.The cleaning lady tried her best but unfortunately it was way too much for her. The unit has a lot of potential but it needs to be remodeled. The unit is been advertised as luxury apartment, I feel we pay for luxury and we got a rundown old place

The photos that I published are the ones I took from the apartment itself, the humidity on the beach affect many things that it is out of my hands to maintain them as brand new…. Even though everything was clean we send you manu times the cleaning lady to clean the details you needed.

Should be better for future renters...

Please don't stop reading until the end... It is important to note at the onset: We ended up staying only 1 of the 6 nights we had booked at Marcela's condo. The reason being is that there were too many issues with the property and we were only going to be there for a short time and we had paid a lot for the room. All of the issues were/are fixable, and I'd guess that she's already fixed them, but we didn't have the luxury of time and we wanted to fully enjoy vacation, so we moved out on day 2. Issues were: no hot water, dirty sheets, spotty internet in the room, broken faucets, an open window in bathroom that wouldn't shut, and broken toilet seats. Again, all of these are fixable, but we couldn't wait around given the brevity of our stay. And frankly no one should have to deal with that many issues. To her credit, Marcela was sincerely apologetic. She seemed caught off-guard by the state of the condo and seemed embarrassed. She refunded us roughly two-thirds of our full payment. Aside from those issues, Marcela's place is as depicted in the pictures. The balcony is great, the living area is nice, the kitchen is clean (assuming they fix the kitchen faucet). About Bay View Grand: 1) it's literally right next to the airport runway. Any departures fly right by the hotel; 2) property is nice as is pool (though no hot tub); 3) we didn't love the food at the pool or the pool drinks; 4) if you have AT&T, you get really, really poor reception in the pool area (like none even though you're showing 3 bars);

Remarkable view from apartment!

Overall, this property was perfect for our group of eight. It provided enough beds for all of us. The deck had a gorgeous view of the ocean and the overall property in general was in pretty pristine condition. The apartment was decorated nicely but could have a few more amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. We were offered a chef and housecleaner for additional fee's but the fee's that we were told were different when the chef showed up. It was a lot more expensive. I didn't appreciate the inaccuracy. If you want to be closer to the marina, I would choose a resort much closer. This resort was at the end of the Vallarta Marina and we needed to take cabs most everyday to haul our items to the boat. If not, this resort is a beautiful location and the pools/beach were wonderful.

We would definitely stay here again and we plan to return. This place is a gem with a quiet pool and beach area. This is a condo with many North American expats who are quiet and respectful. Also, there are not vendors on the beach or rows and rows of chairs. Instead, there is a lot of room to see the beach and listen to the waves. Also, there is plenty of room to enjoy the pool, beach, and gym. The grounds are immaculate and the condo has everything you need including a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and plenty of beds in 4 bedrooms. The host and manager are wonderful and easily accessible by phone. They speak English and Spanish and they are super helpful. The restaurant near the pool has a medium sized menu and the food is delicious and the prices are very reasonable. There is a shopping plaza with groceries, pharmacy, beach west, etc walking distance or a cheap cab or Uber ride away. We walked there in 12-15 minutes and took a cab back for a small fee. If you’re looking for a loud party scene, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation where you can read a book, take a nap, or get lost in your thoughts while soaking in the sun, the waves, and the mountains in the background then this is the right spot. The guards at the gated entry can call you a cab if you need one and it’s about a 15-30 minute ride to the Zona Romántica depending on traffic.
