Just a short stroll to beautiful Green Harbor Beach. The house is within walking distance of several restaurants including the local Lobster Pound which is famous for overflowing lobster rolls and a quaint General Store. It sits on a quiet side street. There are three bedrooms one with a queen’ one with a double and the third with two twins. One full bath plus an outside shower. Updated kitchen, gas grill and screened porch for summer nights.

Cute, comfortable and clean house in a great location. Lovely screened porch to enjoy time on when not on beach or out being active. The host Nancy was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nancy!

Fantastic cottage

We love this cottage! The location is great and close to the beach! Nancy is a great host and everything you could possibly need is provided! We have stayed here multiple times and are looking forward to staying here again!

Wedding Weekend

We were in town for a wedding and this place was the perfect spot! Super cute cottage. Walking distance to all the wedding festivities and the beach, plus the local restaurants and general store. We had a great time!

Beautiful cottage

This is our second stay at Nancy's cottage and it was wonderful as usual. We're hoping to make an annual family tradition of renting her cottage. Everything you could possibly need is available at the cottage and Nancy answers every question for you.

Nancy’s place exceeded my expectations!

From beginning to end this was the perfect rental for a wonderful week at the beach! The cottage was very well kept and clean and Nancy makes you feel welcome with a few breakfast items in the fridge when you arrive and fresh flowers on the table. To quote my son…it looks little on the outside but has so much space on the inside! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Terrific week at Green Harbor Beach

Easy walk to beach, my family of four had a great week at this house. Nancy is easy to work with, super responsive. My kids loved the general store, my husband loved the provided beach cart. This house is a hidden gem. Thank you Nancy and Green Harbor Beach!

Best time

Nancy was an amazing host, cottage was stocked way beyond I would have expected. When we checked in, there was breakfast food and water in the fridge. The beach is amazing and short walk. We had the best time and we hope to be back next year!!! Thank you Nancy for sharing your cottage with us…

The home was very clean and it was well supplied with shampoo/conditioner, all kinds of soap and detergents, paper towels, Kleenex etc. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil, pots and pans, glassware and foil, plastic wrap and plastic bags. Literally you didn’t need anything. There were fresh flowers on the table! Nancy, the host was delightful to work with.The only downside was that the bathroom was very small. There is a tub and shower.

The perfect getaway!

We stayed at Nancy's cottage for the first time this year, after spending 30+ years summering in Marshfield. Our young family has outgrown the family home, so we decided to stay here to have our own space and plenty of time to relax! Nancy's cottage is equipped with everything you could think of - even some of the things you forgot! The space is perfectly furnished with a comfy, beachy feel and the front porch is wonderful for morning coffee. The beach is a few blocks away, leaving the neighborhood quiet and lovely. Not to worry about the walk to the sand, though, Nancy has a beach cart big enough to fit everything you need for a day in the sun! We highly recommend this rental and hope to come again!

Lovely Beach Cottage!

This Green Harbor cottage is lovely and our host Nancy was responsive and helpful from the beginning of the booking process through the stay and checking out. Very picturesque location in GH. A bit of a walk to the beach but so worth it. We brought our beach cart and loaded it up. Everything in the house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. As a very sweet extra touch, Nancy had some food staples such as milk and breakfast items waiting in the fridge for us. This cottage was a great “home away from home” for our week at the beach!

Wonderful cottage with beach access

We we’re delighted to find this rental and Nancy was wonderful to deal with, very accommodating and fast to communicate with. The house was clean and smelled fresh and has all the comforts and amenities of home. A true gem. Would very highly recommend. Hope we can stay here again next year.
