1 BDRM CONDO located in the best location in Nopolo overlooking gardens,pool,Palapas,Marina,Golf courses signature hole and the sea of cortez. This condo also includes an outdoor living area equipped with bbq, bar area and a beer and wine refer. You walk up your condo stairs to the rooftop and you will be greeted by the best view in all of Nopolo. Over 3,000 sq ft.

The location of this vacation spot is close to everything you'll need to enjoy kayaking.snorkeling.biking, fishing, boating to the islands. golfing and much more. We are located on the main paseo so you are in short walking distances to restaraunts, the famous el corazon , wine bar,mini stores,boutiques etc...The Loreto Bay Inn and golf resort is right next door....just a beach path away and there is Arturos rentals where you can be totally set up on activities or any equipment you may need. He even will organize small and large boats to pick you up there and take you to the islands. Everything is so convenient that its really not necessary to have a car.

Unit was clean, airy and tastefully decorated. It has the usual kitchen equipment as well as a pool, along with kayaks and bicycles for outdoor activity amenities, tho' we did not use them. (We did use the washer and dryer.) An "attached" rooftop patio has nice views (to the south) over the marina and some of the golfcourse. Debra responded promptly to all our questions and was very accommodating about check-out time flexibility. The planned community of Nopolo has no sense of real Mexico; it is clean and well maintained and felt very safe.

Debra was very responsive and checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Aside from the great location and views, it's at the southern end of the Nopolo development so it's much quieter. This place was perfect for us for several reasons. We are kind of foodies and adventure types- we especially liked 1) quality cookware instead of the usual non-stick and plastic options. The condo had everything we needed to make yummy meals! 2) Access to the bikes and kayaks - we used them every day to go exploring. 3) We didnā€™t feel crowded, like the other places in Nopolo that are packed in. AND the view is so gorgeous and expansive it lets you breathe! 4) Its quiet!!!! 5) There is fun bird life to monitor from the porch looking into the palm-tree island.Despite being there 10 days, we didn't get to any of the restaurants because we like to cook at home, but we know there are some good places for those who like to eat out.

Wonderful stay!

We loved our two-week vacation. The accommodations are in an excellent area, a short, easy walk to the beach and great places to eat. The condo was neat and clean, and the upstairs patio has an amazing view and is totally private. Debra was so responsive to questions and offered many great suggestions as well. We can't wait to return!

Great place to give Loreto Bay a try

Debra is an excellent and communicative host! The location and pool were superb and having bikes and kayaks available really put it over the top for us. Comfortable bed, nice towels and linens, a frying pan that is non-stick (rare!) as well as starter TP and papertowel plus toiletries provided were much appreciated. Just FYI the kitchen is dated and small for cooking but everything is in working order and the place is well cared for and very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

What a great place!!!

What a great place to stay!!! My wife and I stayed here for a week while we were here for a wedding. Place was very nice, clean, and the Owners were great. We even had bikes to cruise around town with. We will definitely be back. Thank you for such a great Stay!!!!

Terrific stay

Owner is very quick to respond with any questions. Using bikes is a huge plus and used a few times, as are the kayaks but didn't get around to using those. Upstairs is an awesome plus too!

Lovely apartment and location

Tbis was our 2nd time in Loreto. We loved the location and this apartment. The views are absolutely stunning. The rooftop is spacious and is very comfortable. We would spend hours watching the golfers and the wildlife. Debra's communication is top notch. We look forward to staying again at this same apartment.

Best lovation to stay in Loreto Bay

The views from the rooftop patio were spectacular! Everything we needed was available including bicycles and kayaks. Bed was comfy and the balcony off the living room overlooked a garden full of birds for our breakfast watching pleasure. Whenever we had questions or requests Deb responded immediately. She went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was exceptional. Canā€™t wait to come back.

Location, location, location

This was a great condo with an awesome location. Comfy bed, big fluffy towels, and beach towels to name a few . Debra has thought of everything for her guests' comfort. Every morning- coffee on the roof top to watch the sun rise. Restaurants within both biking and walking distance. Loreto Bay has just about everything you need but theres also lots to explore within driving distance. We will be back!

So many positives about this property and the owners. Private roof top patio was like no other property we've stayed at. The views are breath taking. The owner was quick to respond to any enquiries we had, check in/out was flawless. So lovely to deal with, thank you Debra. Having access to their bikes & kayaks was such an added bonus, we used them daily, a big plus for this property. The king bed, bedding & towels get 10+++ Might have gotten a better sleep in this bed than at home :). If you are looking to relax this is your spot, if we come back to Nopolo next year we will definitely return to this property.

Awesome location! Wonderful amenities!

This condo has everything! Comfortable surroundings in a quiet location at the end of town, well-equipped kitchen, incredible views, and a responsive host who went out of her way to make our stay memorable. Speaking of memorable, the condo includes two bikes to carry us from one end of town to another in about 5 minutes. An added bonus were the two kayaks we used to navigate the lagoon by the golf course. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. You should too. (The only critique we have is that the Internet is rather spotty and slow. Not sure if it's an issue with the unit itself or the entire building, but it seems fixable.) Other than that, we were extremely pleased with everything.

Great spot, everything you need

The condo had everything I needed for my trip and I really liked the location at the end of the Paseo because of the views from the rooftop!! The bed was really comfy for me, the bike was indispensable for cruising around Founders/Agua Viva, I loved kayaking around the estuary to explore the mangroves, and did I mention the views from the rooftop...? Since it's at the end of the Paseo near the marina it has excellent views of the golf course, Sea of Cortez, mountains, and further south from Nopolo. The neighbors were helpful and it was great to be able to walk to the French bistro and Wine Cellar at night. I had a busy week in Nopolo, so I actually stayed in to cook a couple of nights since I was so tired. I had everything I needed in the condo to throw together a decent meal during the week as well. Debra was also extremely responsive and helpful which helped me get off on the right foot in Nopolo! Thank you!

Birder's Paradise

This unit is in a fabulous location in Nopolo, easy walking distance to great restaurants and groceries, but at the south end and facing the pool, golf course and ocean. Amazing sunrises, super private with trees providing privacy. The unit is on the 2nd floor, with its own large balcony with couches and table for outdoor living, but the entire 4th floor terrace is also available and private, only for this unit, with shade or sun, and BBQ. The unit is clean and very comfortable, with all the necessary appliances, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, blender for cooking if you want to. Drinking water is provided in a dispenser. Large bedroom, tons of dresser, closet space, comfy couch and easy to use TV/network, wifi access.The bikes and kayaks are a great addition, as Nopolo is very bike friendly - easy ride to tennis or pickleball courts, or to access the Nopolo Rio for amazing song and shorebirding. As a birder, Nopolo is amazing, with 74 species in one week within a few kms of the unit. Super cute community with lots of walking trails adjacent to the golf course or walk on the beach. Community Centre has yoga too. Baja was a nice, DRY change from the Riviera Maya, where the humidity and rain can be an issue. Lots of friendly, active retirees, and families around. Debra was fast to respond to any questions, and the check-in email contained all the codes to easily access the unit, bikes, and marina. We definitely want to return.

Nice home

Very nice clean home, in a great retirement resort community. Good restaurants . I was there in the off season , not a lot of people so I actually liked that. We seemed to get great service everywhere we went. Extremely friendly community.

Punta Marina condo

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo this past week. It was in a great location in Nopolo at the very end near Small marina. We had access to the owners kayaks which we used every morning. Surrounding area, views of the Sea of Cortez is stunning. The condo pool was quiet. Friendly people around the pool gave us lots of tips where to eat, things to do. Walking distance to many restaurants and a little mini mart. We rented a car and it was so easy to drive in to Loreto which is a beautiful town with gorgeous plaza and excellent restaurants. Our host Debra was very responsive to questions. We definitely plan to come back!
