In nature by the sea

It is a two storey house recently built Majorcan style on a plot of 500 m2. Opposite the house is the pool of 26 m2 and covered terraces with beautiful view over the blue sea. Barbecue, located under one of the covered terraces next to the kitchen, we can enjoy a leisurely meal. The kitchen, with terraces and sea views, includes dishwasher plus all the modern conveniences. A room with satellite TV, a spacious room with 2 beds, a walk in closet and a bathroom addition to the entrance room complete the ground floor. On the top floor there is a bathroom, two bedrooms with two beds and a living room and access to a covered terrace with spectacular views over the sea. On the outside rear of the house overlooking a beautiful pine forest there is a small outbuilding where laundry and an outside bathroom.

Although I do not answer the comments, I must answer the comment of Mr. Jean Michel, then discusses some details that are only in your head while others say forget important.
