Our 2nd floor lake view Laketown Wharf Resort condo is completely renovated within last couple years: This gorgeous condo provides comfortable living for 6 people. Even though not right at the beach, but it takes only a short walk of just about 200 steps to the beautiful beach. On-site two story gym, 5 pools, kids pool, famous all-you-can-eat seafood buffet The Wharf, Juan Taco, The Market place , which is open during busy season, Ice Cream and Candy store along the walking deck. You have access to all resort amenities with this rental.

Master room has a spacious closet and a full bathroom, a king size bed with new comfortable mattress , chest with 5 drawers to store your personal belongings, night stand with drawers as well, TV.

Twin Bunk beds area has its own full bathroom, new comfortable mattresses on beds.

Beautiful spacious living area has a brand new queen sleeper sofa, Smart TV, premium channels, dinner table with 4 chairs.

Kitchen has all new necessary accessories , cookware and appliances to accommodate 6 people. There is a large stand alone island bar table with 4 bar stools.

A large balcony with a lake view has two chairs with a small table, and two loungers. From the balcony you can watch nightly light fountain show exclusive to the LTW.

In the corridor closet you will find towel drying rack, four canopy chairs for the beach you are welcome to use and return.

We provide beach chairs, umbrella and wagon.
We provide all the linens, towels, but we do not supply any personal toiletries. We provide all the necessary kitchen hardware, but remember to bring your favorite software like cocking oil, condiments, etc.
We provide only a starter kit with the trash bag, soap, shampoo that should last you for couple days, if you stay longer, please provide for yourself.

Walking distance to many fun amusements and attractions, such as Ripley Believe it Or Not, Wonderworks, miniature golf . The Walmart store is just across the street.

Clean and cozy

Nina’s unit was a great location to everything we planned on seeing in the unit. The beach was also a short walk from the unit which was great! It was the perfect place for our family of 3! We will definitely be staying again when we go back to the area.

We very much enjoyed our stay!

Great property right across the street from the beach. Multiple pools (kiddie pool with a great view included) were such a convenience. We liked the resort overall, as well as the apartment we rented, which was very clean and nicely furnished. It was also stocked up on all the essentials. The owners are super nice and responsive. Would definitely recommend!!

This property was very nice and clean. They provided items for us to use at the beach that we didn’t think of, which made our stay even better. It is in a great location. You don’t get a beach view from the condo but the convenience of it being on the second floor way out beat the loss of view. The elevator was close, however being on the second floor using the stairs was convenient. I would definitely, without a doubt go back and stay in this condo. The owner was very nice and checked on us when we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything. She went above and beyond to make our stay great!

Great location, great host

This location is just across from the beach so you have all the convenience for a great price! This room has a lake view and good little spots to walk to on the boardwalk. We only caught the light show one evening but it was fun for our toddler. No crowded elevators and we were mostly alone when we went to the pools. We visited at the end of the season, but friends staying at Shores of Panama the same week had to deal with more crowded pools, waiting for elevators, and no room in the hot tub. Nina was a pleasure to communicate with and the room was very clean! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Clean Condo, Great Location, Family Friendly, You'll Feel At Home!

The condo is updated and very clean! We felt at home during our stay. Nina just a great job making sure that you have all of your needed cooking utensils, pans, and appliances. There's also a great amount of supplies including a wagon for you to take to the beach. The condo was in a great location and was fairly easily accessible. There's a great 3ft deep pool that you can see from the balcony and we loved spending most days there, perfect for families. The only drawback were the elevators. Extremely slow and too few for the amount of condos. Thankfully the condo is located with a short walk up the stairs. We would stay here again or any other properties owned by Nina. She was very communicative throughout the process! Definitely recommend.

It was great

We had a great time, place was clean, easy to get to the unit. Nice view, love all the pools. Love the restaurants within and near the hotel. Everything was very close to the hotel.

Overall Great vacation

Everything was overall great. Main issue was the elevators.. It stopped and my husband and kid were in there for about 10 mins.. also site needs to update on kid pool missing a few things that show in the pictures.

Baseball/softball tournament weeks in PCB

We had a group of families with kids on softball and baseball teams playing in a World Series in PCB all staying together at Lake Town Wharf. The shops and restaurants on the ground floor were really convenient and good. Only thing I have to say negative about the property is that the elevators were a problem. However, our unit was on the second floor and the owner was awesome about giving us information to avoid elevators when we didn’t absolutely have to take them.

Excellent apartment, five great pools

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. In two days we managed to swim in all five pools and two hot tubs and still had lots of time to enjoy the beach and even visit Shell Island. Can’t wait to get back!

Be prepared to walk 100k miles

The condo itself was super clean and very spacious. The property owner was super nice, and very helpful. Location was excellent, right across the street from pineapple willys. The layout of the building itself, was awful. My son has blisters on his toes from having to walk so much. We could climb the stairs 3 times by the time we stood and sweat to death waiting on an elevator.

Family beach vacation

This property was perfect for our family beach vacation. Everything we needed was in the condo including spare beach towels. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable and the location was quiet but still close enough to walk to the beach, pools and restaurants. The host was very pleasant and responsive.

Anniversary Weekend

The overall stay was fine. The problem we had was trying to find how to get to the boardwalk from the guest parking garage and finding our unit from the Owners garage. There was no clear instructions nor signage anywhere to indicate any of this. We did an incredible amount of unnecessary walking with our luggage trying to figure this all out. I was VERY unhappy initially. My arm was completely numb by the time we found the unit. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

Had a very nice stay. Condo had all the necessities to enjoy your vacation. Owner was great!

My only complaint was the elevators at the property were so slow. This is no reflection on owners, and luckily their unit was in the 2nd floor so stairs could be used sometimes. Overall very nice stay😊

We love the resort, it is fun all year around, walk about 200 steps to the beach.
We are new to renting and very excited to invite guest to stay.
We want all of our guests to have a good time here.
