Sleeps 12, with three beach access points directly across the street and five resort pools to choose from.

• Alcove sleeping area: Twin bunk beds, perfect for kids

• Sleeper sofa in living room for two more guests

Spacious living room with plush sofa, loveseat, and large flat-screen TV. Central air, high-speed WiFi, and a desk nook if you need to plug in. Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.



Outdoor

Extra-large private balcony overlooking the lake — the best seat in the house for the resort's nightly dancing fountain and laser light show choreographed to music.



Starter supplies

We provide linens for all beds, towels and washcloths, a kitchen dish towel and dish rag set, a starter roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, and several trash bags. Please bring your own beach towels.

Laketown Wharf's HOA charges a mandatory $133.78 per stay for parking passes and wristbands. A registration and payment link is sent directly to the renter before arrival; completing this online registration is required for smooth resort entry.
