The host was upfront with all check in and check out intruction which made both go very smoothly.Amenities were ok but we were there for golf so we did not use many. Unfortunately all but 1 pool stick was either broken or did not have a tip but we managed with the one.Biggest issue was the floors were filthy especially under the beds. The type of floor used needs to be wet mopped as the bottom of our whites socks were black after walking on them.Kitchen counters needed a better cleaning.One of the sliding glass doors would not lock.We also killed several large palmetto bugs(cockroaches)? That didnt seem to be scared to come out while we were in living room and lights on....Bathrooms were ok and beds were comfortable. We all liked the location and the size of condo and look forward to possibly renting it next year.

When we arrived at the condo and it had not been cleaned. Upon reaching out to the owner we were told the cleaning crew could come the next day to clean but as for that night a friend would come and open the linen closet and get us sheets. We ended up making all the beds ourselves as we had a large group and we had to vacuum and sweep all the floors as the last guests had left it very dirty. Every dish was used and left in the sink and dish washer as well so we had to clean them 1st thing. The cleaning crew did however come the next morning and did a fine job cleaning. Next thing we developed a leak in the kitchen. The maintenance crew came and found that it was caused from the ac freezing up on the last guests. This part would be out of the owners hands and I would be unbothered had he at least offered a small discount but after reaching out and receiving no response from the owner I’m assuming we aren’t going to be discounted at all even though we paid full price for the clean that we had to pretty much do ourselves. We made the best of our vacation but from someone who owns a cleaning business this is not how I wanted to spend my vacation.

Great place

We loved it here. We have stayed at this condo before and this time we upgraded to a two story condo. We all loved the space and it was perfect for our trip!

Family vacation

The unit was fully equipped and had ample room for everyone. The extra large dining table was big enough for all of us to enjoy dinner together. The unit also had two refrigerators which were essential for the large group. The beach was just across the street. I would stay there again and would definitely recommend staying there.

Friends trip

The house was everything the listing said it was. It was big enough for our group of 9, with room to spare. It was very clean and more amenities than needed. Tony was great. Any questions we had he got right back to us.The downside unfortunately was the other people on the complex. You can hear the noise from outside the pool area and the people above you.Some people just don’t have any consideration for others.

7 family members gathered to support our granddaughter at a local cheerleading competition held at the Convention Center. The condo was centrally located to the event center as well as local attractions and eateries.

Great Family Spot

We stayed here as a group of 13. Four adults (ages 32 - 40) and nine kids (ages 1 - 13). The condo was incredibly spacious and could have easily fit an even larger group comfortably! Our favorite space was the long tables, which were able to accommodate ALL of our group— incredible! We also really enjoyed the pool table and the well equipped kitchen. The beach is a very short walk across the road. It took us about 5 minutes with young children. The speed limit on the road is 25 mph, so even younger families should feel comfortable crossing the street to get to the beach. There is tons to do in the area as well, which was really nice. The two small draw backs and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the lack of check in instruction / parking pass info / wifi password without asking for it. These things were communicated to our group, but we had to ask for them rather than having them provided to us. The second downside is the cleanliness, specifically in the bathrooms. Every tub / shower had residual sand and dirt in it and our group had to wipe them down. Other than that, the place was clean. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay!

Could Be Great with Better Maintenance

Check-in was easy, but the property has several issues that need attention. The TVs are very small, more like computer monitors, and the water pressure is extremely low. Both bathrooms with sliding shower doors have doors that are not properly attached. There are paint marks and scuffs on the walls, scratches on the doors, and the screen on the bottom balcony is torn. The pool table has a broken leg, which is a safety hazard, and the balcony doors do not lock at all. The dishwasher had mold, and the sheets on the bed had hair on them. Whoever is responsible for housekeeping on this property needs to be replaced.With that being said, the location was great, just one block from the beach and the condo offers plenty of space for a family. There are also plenty of restaurants and the boardwalk within walking distance. With some updates and better maintenance, this property could be much more enjoyable.

Love Love!!

I LOVE LOVE this property ! This was a great property and a great location. Everything was just as described. We could have shown up with just our clothing and would have been fine. They had everything we could possibly need from bath linens to cookware. I also love that the rental has been kept up-to-date with the furnishings and bedding.There was PLENTY of room for our LARGE family to spread out . The parking was very convenient. The rental came with (4) parking passes. The property is right across the street from the beach and centrally located to anything that you could possibly want or need. Tony’s communication from day one was amazing. He promptly answered all of our questions that we had leading up to check in. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Guys fishing trip - accommodations were exactly what we expected and needed. Kitchen was well stocked including some spices and plenty of utensils and other items. Would stay there again!

Noise

Good, but unnecessarily noisy, mainly from the people directly above us. Whomever it was has a toddler who runs and jumps from one end of that unit to the other, all day long and into the evening. Drove us nuts. Otherwise, we loved the place.
