When you stay here...you are on beach time! The perfect location for a beach vacation- just steps to the beach. This roomy 2400 sq ft beach house has open concept main floor living area - perfect for every group.
Large kitchen with stainless appliances & granite counters and all the small appliances you need.
Raised bar area with stool seating, dining table, and bistro table - plenty seats to choose from. Spacious living room with a 65"smart TV, and HD channel package.
The front deck is perfect for watching the sunrise and taking in the moment every morning over a cup of coffee.
Featuring 5 bedrooms. 4 on the second floor and 1 on the main floor. Master bedroom has its own deck which you can see the ocean from. It also has its own ensuite with large walk-in shower and custom double sink vanity. Every bedroom has its own smart TV with comfy beds. There is internet provided to keep in touch with the outside world. Two middle bedrooms have queen beds and share a bathroom. Rear bedroom has a Bunkie that is great for the younger family members with its own bathroom. Large main floor bedroom has its own deck to catch the evening sun or just get some quiet time overlooking the pool.
Beach chairs and equipment are provided in the storage locker on the ground floor. Or if you just want to hang out by the pool there are loungers provided. The pool area also features an outdoor grill for the family BBQ at the end of a day.
The property is close to lots of amenities, waterpark, mini golf, over 50 spectacular golf courses within a 30 minute drive, there are two very close grocery stores.
Downtown Myrtle Beach is less than 20 minutes away. Murrells Inlet is a short 5 minute drive - a fabulous place for the seafood lover. Enjoy the many restaurants and bars or just take a stroll on the Marsh Walk and enjoy the live music

Jennifer was nice and easy to contact. She even sent someone over so we could open a door to the outside and a shower door. She also had new beach towels delivered.Location of the house was perfect and we had the use of a golf cart which was nice. Open concept for gathering was nice. Pool was nice although we didn’t use it. Plenty of bath towels. A little more absorbent would have been nice. Only one kitchen towel and dish rag. Good thing I brought some from my home. Bedrooms were quiet. A mattress cover on the downstairs bed crackled. It felt plastic.Nice washer and dryer and a big hot water heater! Never ran out of hot water. Refrigerator was big and had two ice makers. Some light bulbs were out Outside tables weren’t cleanJust some attention to detail is needed. We are very clean vacationers

Our family had a wonderful stay in this great vacation home!! A very short walk to the beach even shorter ride in the golf cart. We all enjoyed this large house full of comfy furniture, games, top of the line appliances and a nice pool and patio area. This is a nice neighborhood, not far from shopping areas and restaurants. Perfect accommodations for a large family with kids. We love the Surfside area and Murrell’s Inlet. Myrtle Beach has a lot of fun stuff for the kiddos and this area is not too far from all of that. Owner does a great job of making sure the house was in great shape for a relaxing and joyful stay. This was our first time using VRBO and the owner was great to work with. It was a really good experience.

Jennifer was a wonderful host! Great communication, fast responses and the house was perfect! Clean, all the amenities as listed, great location, perfect for kids, and close to a lot of attractions!! We’d absolutely stay again, and highly recommend! We had 12 people, 7 being kids 10 and under if that helps anyone decide how it’d be for younger kids.

Bring the Family!

The property was perfect for our family and friends gathering to celebrate two CCU graduates. Enough room inside for a catered dinner and around the pool for cocktails. Proximity to the beach and dining was perfect. The house provided us with enough bedroom and baths . Could not have asked for a better stay .

It’s the little things

My daughters and grandkids take a yearly trip during Spring Break to the Myrtle Beaches. We also rent a house and this time we stayed in the Surfside area. We had a great week and the house was inviting and just as described. Jennifer thought of everything to make the stay so memorable. The golf cart available to use (with a paid parking pass) was awesome to get back and forth to the beach. She also supplied beach towels and ALL THE THINGS needed to take to the beach. Chairs, a wagon, beach toys…you name it, it was there. This really helped with not having to pack so much for a week long trip. When not at the beach, the kids spent every minute in the pool at the house.The house also had a commercial washer and dryer which was awesome to only do one load a day to keep everything beach ready for the next day. I was also impressed that the house was stocked with spices, coffee, filters, laundry detergent, trash bags and dishwasher pods. We’ve never stayed at a house that provided all the essentials like that. Toiletry items were also supplied. It was an awesome experience and we very much enjoyed our time here. We had a couple of minor glitches but Jennifer was quick to reach out with information to make it right.The location was perfect. Even without the golf cart, we were only 1 block from the beach. We will be back!

Wonderful Family Trip!

The beach house in Surfside was wonderful! The rooms were large, plenty of bathrooms, and everything at the home was very well stocked! The pool and pool area were very nice, and the golf cart was included which was a hit. Only a little over a block from the beach, it was very easy to carry beach chairs and a beach bag to go to the beach. Very family friendly area, we would come back!

It exceeded our expectations!

I was worried about the size of the house and if it would fit our group but it ended up having plenty of room for everyone. I loved the neighborhood! Everyone was really friendly. Even though the beach was really close the golf cart made it more accessible! The electric went out and the golf cart needed some repairs but Jennifer compensated us for the inconvenience. I found our new beach house and will continue to return!

Beach House

We had a great stay here! Our first time to Myrtle Beach, we ended up staying in Surfside which was an excellent choice . The house was fully stocked however, it could have used more dish towels and towels for the bathrooms. We had to do laundry everyday this is the only complaint we had. Two great balconies to enjoy the weather. We loved all the beach chairs, beach towels and toys. The house was an easy walk to the beach and the golf cart was a plus. It is a great location; we took the golf cart down to both priers. Restaurants were close enough to use the golf cart or even a walk. The pool was on the smaller size but still the grandkids had a blast.

Nice place

Host was great she stayed in contact throughout the stay we had some issues with the fridge that were out of our control and she made sure to get someone out and work on it as soon as she could. Only complaint I would have is the place needed to be cleaned better we did have to mop and clean after the cleaner was gone there needs to be 2 people cleaning it is a little much for 1 person to handle and get a good clean. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Surfside Beach! The common area and outside decks were even more spacious than they appeared in the listing. The home was cute and well-appointed with everything needed (kitchen cookware, cleaning & beach gear) for a fun gathering with family & friends. The beach was only 1 block away and the golf cart made for quick trips with convenient golf cart parking at the beach. The host was very responsive with excellent communication. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing beach vacation

We had a great stay here! The house is fully stocked- trash bags, laundry pods, kitchen pods, beach and shower towels, beach toys, chairs, etc…. The host is very easy to get in touch with and responds quickly! Two great balconies to enjoy the weather. The golf court was a great addition as well to pack our stuff and head to the beach. The house was great. The pool is on the smaller side but it did not impact our vacation and was perfect for the kids. The house is an easy walk to the beach. I would recommend this place and the host goes above and beyond. Thanks for a wonderful beach week!

Beach House

We enjoyed our stay. The house had most everything we needed. I could not find any dish towels, which was a minor inconvenience. My only complaint is that the five children with us were barefoot in the house on the 1st day of our stay, and their feet were black within a couple of hours. I’m sure they use a cleaning service between stays. The floors had been swept but not mopped. The pool had an issue with the pump, which was reported to a supervisor. This did not prevent us from using the pool almost every day. The rooms were spacious and the property is fairly close to the beach. Having a private pool was so nice with the children. Jennifer was a pleasure to work with and was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to arrival. We would stay here again.

This house had EVERYTHING we could possibly need for a family vacation. We were extremely happy with all of the amenities - the golf cart was an amazing touch. Highly recommend!

I have always loved my family vacations down south - especially the beach.
Back home, we are residential general contractors - we build our client's their dream space. This beach house is one of our dreams, and we will maintain it so you too can enjoy it while staying here.
When we can't be at the beach, we enjoy summer sailing on the Great Lakes and everything else life has to offer.

Surfside Beach has always been my second home. Having spent many summers on the beach here, I knew that one day, I would end up with a great beach house to enjoy all that Surfside Beach has to offer.

Being so close to the ocean you can hear the roar of the crashing waves from the outer deck and see the vast blue water from the master deck.
The south strand has so much to offer - golf, great restaurants, live music, and so much more.
