It was a very peaceful stay kitchen well stocked ice machine and wine cooler a big bonus plenty of room just to hand out on the frontroom kitchen area

We've been staying at the Caribe for the past 12 years and love the resort, so we know what to expect. Unfortunately, this was the most disappointing unit we've rented.The ice maker didn't work, the freezer also barely made ice, and the refrigerator didn't stay cold and had an unpleasant odor. The front door only locked if it was handled just right, so with kids going in and out we constantly had to check that it was actually secure.The floors were clearly not cleaned. Walking from the front door to the balcony door in white socks turned them black. Only some of the TVs worked, and the TV in the master bedroom was mounted crooked or wasnt secure because it eas crooked. There was also no telephone, even though we were told to call security to allow guests into the resort, making access inconvenient.The Caribe itself is still a beautiful resort, and we'll continue staying there. However, this unit did not match the advertised amenities or level of cleanliness. Between the maintenance issues, missing amenities, and poor housekeeping, we were very disappointed. We would not rent this unit or book through this owner again. I will note liquid life provided ice the last 2 days to assist with that issue.

Caribe Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Orange Beach and staying in this condo at Caribe was the best choice we made. It was beautiful, clean and very large. I would give this place 5 stars!

Great option for multiple family vaca!

Beautiful condo, lots of space, perfect location, great for 4-family vacation (in 2 separate condos). Minor inconvenience related to check-in off property and limited assistance with issues on property, as well as elevator issues and door lock glitches. Overall a great option.

Wonderful vacation

Our experience was excellent. We enjoyed the space in our room. The pools and beach was what our family needed. Can’t wait to return next year. This will be our go to resort!!

August beach trip

We loved our experience at Orange Beach East! The cleanest condo and facility I have ever stayed at. Perfect location in town and so many amenities at the condo itself. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful Time, Will Return

Super clean,spacious and beautiful c building unit. Plenty of space for a large family, kid friendly as well. Main views of the pool area, and beach. Very little view of the Bay Area. We can’t wait to return again.

Family Vacation

We had a great time here. It was clean, and the perfect size for us. The view was beautiful, and the amenities were so useful having children under 5. We will be staying here again. The only thing negative about our stay was the work they were doing to the decks so the lazy river was closed. Other than that it was the best vacation property we have stayed at.

Family vacay

Condo was great except tile floors left feet filthy if barefoot. It would have been nice to have had 3 keys instead of just 2. We were 3 families but it worked and I didn't call to see if possible to get another.

Perfect place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A perfect place for our family to stay! Great view of the ocean and multiple pools to choose from. This resort was so much fun. My children loved the slides. There is also excursion rentals just a short walk away. Great communication from the staff as well. I received Prompt text messages from them asking how our stay was. Second time staying at caribe

Great for kids, condo is massive and very clean. I really wish they provided a blow dryer and more than one dish towel. I thought that would be standard but I guess not. Caribe was under a lot of construction and they are putting in a new, big bar right next to the lazy river.

One stop Resort experience once renovations are complete!

Loved the large balcony and the fact that there were several seating, lounging and outdoor eating areas! Cleanest condo we’ve ever seen! Could improve on better body wash! I left ours and used the tiny bottle provided but couldn’t get a lather! Also the dish washer was full of dirty dishes! Only mentioned this b/c I’d want to know! Beautiful complex and resturant always good!

Family vacation

We loved the layout and the amount of space that we had. We had a terrible time with the washer and dryer for a few days and it was much needed. It was replaced on the fifth day. Also, the ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms did not work. The pot and pans were awful and looked like they came from goodwill. Please clean around doorways and mop floors.
