Welcome to your prospective home-away-from-home in beautiful Naples!

This tastefully decorated, second-floor condo at the Naples Mariner features a charming Starfish and Seashell motif and offers 700 square feet of bright, sunny living space. Overlooking an oversized heated pool, our residence is just steps from the beach and the historic Naples Pier (anticipated to reopen in 2027). New windows and interior shutters ensure a quiet, private stay.

Property Highlights & Amenities:

- Bedrooms & Baths: Features a luxurious new king mattress with comfy new pillows, plus two twin beds and a second bathroom for additional guests or family.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a four-burner cooktop, microwave, and toaster oven. (Please note: There is no traditional oven).
- Beach Gear Included: We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, beach towels, and a small cooler for your trips across the street.
- Prime Location: Surrounded by Old Naples' finest homes, you will be minutes away from Third Street South and Fifth Avenue South, offering galleries, boutiques, fine dining, casual eateries, spas, and local attractions like fishing, boating, and trips to Keewaydin Island.

Parking:
Includes one (1) reserved parking space per booking. Visitor and day parking is available via metered street parking or the adjacent lot on the north side of the property.

We had the most wonderful stay with NapleBeachRentals. Denise, our host, was the most accommodating and kind and was always so responsive to any question or any need we had. The amenities and provisions were perfect, and the condo was super clean and inviting. Beds were so very comfortable and we had some of the best nights sleep! Shopping, coffee shops and the beautiful Naples Beach was only less than 1 block from the property and all beach supplies were provided. Highly recommend staying here. The pool was clean and we swam in it almost everyday. Thank you for the perfect stay and for everything else! We hope to come visit again soon.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Old Naples. The location couldn’t have been better! Just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants, which made everything so convenient. The condo itself was spotless and very well maintained. We also really enjoyed having access to the pool, which was a nice bonus for relaxing after a day out. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. We will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Naples. The location is perfect since it is one block to the beach and one block to restaurants and shops. The condo was a bit smaller than we expected, but it worked out nicely for my husband and I. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners and the property manager while we were there. Very nice people who are long-time residents in the area. We would definitely recommend this property.

We absolutely loved this location and this condo. It is so close to the beach! The pool was very welcoming. And thank you very much for all of the snacks when we arrived, so welcoming! The parking was so nice inconvenient, we walked to dinner almost every night!The host was wonderful and kept in good contact with us, you are very welcoming and warm, and we will definitely come back!!
The pool was a great place to hang out, even though mother nature only gave us a couple nice days😜

Best location with lots of shops and restaurants right around the block.

This is a very comfortable condo. Perfect for the 4 of us. The location was the biggest plus. A block from the beach and a block from the shops and restaurants. Perfect for a short getaway. Would definitely book again.

Prime Location

Cute little beachy condo, nicely renovated and very clean. Prime location across the street from the beach. Also walkable to Olde Naples restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Great location

Spring break with my wife and 2 early teens, the place was the perfect size and well kept. Close to downtown and a block of the beach. Very convenient and we enjoyed our stay. Host was awesome to work with. Would highly recommend.

Great location!

Perfect location in Old Naples. A block from the beach and a block from the shopping and dining area. It is about a 20 minute walk to 5th Avenue shopping and dining as well. Accommodations were extremely clean. Easy offstreet parking. Would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area.

Our family built this building, and we recently have taken over management. We own several suites at The Mariner, all of which have been beautifully updated to create a comfortable, relaxing, and luxurious atmosphere for our guests to enjoy.

Several options are available for our guests: a studio efficiency, and 2BD/2BA residences. If your dates do not appear to be available please let us know and we will try to accommodate you in the same building.
