Spacious townhouse with 3 King Bedrooms each with private full bathrooms. Our home offers you 2000 sq ft, your own rooftop patio, private 2 car garage + free parking. Great location in Nashville. WALKABILITY! Centered in the 8 South, Melrose and 12 South neighborhoods you have multiple coffee shops, live music spots, neighborhood bars, billards room, fast food, ice cream, grocery
and convenience stores and an amazing choice of restaurants. Same block as the renowned Zanies Comedy Club. You will be in the center of everything Nashville has to offer! Stay in Style with Shelley B.

We have furnished our 3 bedroom suites with comfortable king beds. There is also a queen size gel mattress sleeper sofa in the living room, and a guest bathroom on this floor. Designed for groups of 6-8 people. Our living room holds a 65 inch 4K Ultra TV and the layout of our townhouse allows you to stay connected with everything that is going on whether you socializing at the kitchen bar, resting on the living room furniture, or eating at the dining room table.

Our kitchen is stocked for your group to easily prepare meals during your stay. There is plenty of seating space at our 8 seat dining room table plus extra seats at the kitchen bar. A beverage fridge at the wet bar can hold sodas, beer and wine leaving room in our large refrigerator for groceries. A small patio off the living room allows you to easily step outside and enjoy the beautiful Tennessee weather without leaving the main floor.

To enjoy a larger outdoor space head to the fourth floor roof top for your very own private rooftop patio. Our rooftop offers a patio bordering the tree tops, with gas grill, Comfort Furniture and lounge chairs provide a great atmosphere.

This town house is dedicated to promoting the extremely talented hard-working musicians of lower Broadway. Need suggestions on places to see, where to eat, bands to catch when in town? Charming, welcoming and absolutely perfect for our stay in Nashville! The home is clean, comfortable and the hosts, Wade and Shelley made the process so easy. You will be set up with everything you need before arrival. This group will definitely be back!!

This place was awesome. I think they undersold it. We could not have been more comfy and happy with our stay. Walking distance to some great food. Short drive to Broadway. SPotless!!! This is the only place we will stay next time we come.

This was an absolutely perfect house for the six of us (three couples). From the attentive hosts, to the three large ensuite bedrooms, to the well-stocked kitchen, to the large dining table, to the close proximity to the downtown and other sightseeing locations, plenty of garage and driveway space for our vehicles — we highly recommend this awesome condo!!

Wade and Shelley thought of everything to make our stay perfect! The neighborhood is quiet, and not far from downtown and several other great neighborhoods . We loved there was a grocery store just 3 minutes away. We can recommend the meat department, hand picked some delicious filets and cooked them on the rooftop deck . Thanks again for making our long weekend a fantastic trip!

Property was great, 3 bedrooms with king beds and attached bathrooms is what our group of 3 couples requires. Very clean and we enjoyed the sitting around the kitchen island enjoying our coffee. .Publix is 1/2 mile away, very convenient. Open concept and very comfortable place.

The property was exactly what we needed for our trip. Three couples each had a great bedroom and bathroom, with a really nice kitchen and communal space to share. Incredibly clean and nicely decorated in a Nashville theme. The location was within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had.

My fiancée (now wife) and wedding party utilized the location as home base for our wedding in Nashville. The property is immaculate and easy to navigate rides for trips to downtown. Additionally, there are a lot of activities and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. Communications with the hosts were easy and their replies were prompt. I recommend staying here and would stay again for future Nashville trips.

Spacious King x3 Stay

The property is great for 3 couples with lots of space and separate levels. Nice kitchen and gathering space and hosts are very responsive and available with reach outs for check in and if questions. Everyone (6 of us) in our group said they would stay here again!

Nashville getaway

Location was great rooms were comfortable and plenty of space for 3 couples. We used Lyft for all our rides and it was very easy to get around. Kitchen well stocked and we had everything we needed!

PERFECT

We could not have been more happy with this property! It was the perfect space for our group of 6. Every room having its own bathroom is so nice. The townhouse was super clean and the decor was so great! It was only a short uber ride to downtown. We all agreed we would stay here again!

As Advertised

The property was in pristine condition and walkable to a good coffee shop with a great grocery nearby. We only had one hiccup - we were informed a few days before check in that we needed to text a copy of our driver’s license. For security purposes, I wasn’t comfortable texting my personal information. This made the check in process choppy. We ultimately found a workaround and everything was great from that point forward.

Wonderful townhouse

We came to Nashville to surprise my husband for his birthday. Our two kids and their significant others came too. The home was clean and organized. We were very impressed with how it was decorated and how comfortable it was. It met all our needs. We explored the area a little and there was lots to offer. I would recommend this townhouse to anyone visiting Nashville. The owners were great to answer any questions we had and were on top of communication. We had no problems at all!

Ready to Return

The townhouse is located in a quiet, clean and safe area of Nashville. It is a very short drive to downtown AND the fun and vibrant 12th Avenue South area. Also, it’s close to I-65. The townhouse itself was perfect and comfortable with everything we needed for our visit. Wish it had been warm enough to take advantage of the rooftop area. The hosts were great with communication and accommodating with an early check in. We would love to stay here again!

Our neighborhood offers proven restaurants and historic live music venues within walking distance. We are centrally located to everything Nashville has to offer. This home is owned by two people who have been self employed in service and retail for almost 30 years. Our businesses have been built on five star service, and this philosophy continues with our vacation home. We are available to assist you and answer your questions during your stay. You can contact us via text or email.

Our team includes a professional maid and linen service and local 24|7 emergency maintenance team, available to help with any issue that may arise during your stay.

We are also contracted with Vivint Security and can communicate through a door bell video camera. Just ring the doorbell to make contact with us.
