Ocean Front home in prestigious Sandpiper Village. This single level 3 bedroom 3 bath home has been meticulously maintained. Large open living space with fireplace, and large eating bar. The large kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space, has had a recent upgrade with all new stainless steel appliances. The beach access couldn't be easier as it is just right off the back deck of the home with a nice trail straight out onto the sand. Please note this home does not have cable TV, but there is an application to stream local channels for news etc.
No Motorhomes. No boats. No trailers. Strictly enforced.

This our second stay at this address and we love it! The three bedrooms and bathrooms are great for three couples. The kitchen, dining and living areas all have great views along with a nice deck and yard for our dogs. The home is well equipped for cooking in which is what we like, or a 15 minute drive to Newport to eat out. Highly recommend this property.

family week at GG's Place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year for the family vacation at GG's Place. We certainly hope to make this an annual event.GG's Place is spacious, well appointed with practicaliy anything a person might need, and very clean. The proximity to the beach was perfect for an active 7 year old. We love the pluses in the garage/game room. The "international ping pong compition" was the perferct way to spend a stormy afternoon.The only problems we encountered where some broken slates on two of the deck chairs. A single burner on the stove top did not function, a problem we encountered last year, so maybe it was a user failure? The whales spotted from the dining room table were an outstanding bonus!

Trip to the coast

The property was very nice, comfortable and clean. It was great to be able to bring our dog and she loved looking out the windows. It was great to walk off the back porch and down a very short path and be on the beach. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Great Beach House

Second time I’ve stayed at this lovely beach house. I really like the fact that all 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. The house is very roomy and is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Amazing views of the ocean from multiple vantage points. Yard leading to the beach is perfect for a dog. The house is quite comfortable. We will be staying again.

Great Storm Watching Spot!!

Overall great spot for a family vacation. Amazing storms for the week we stayed and we had a front row seat for the show. Comfortable beds and supplies in the kitchen to make anything happen. Plenty of room for everyone! Some problems with door latches and lighting brought down the rating.

Lovely!

Very clean. Loved the easy walk to the beach and the comfy chairs on the deck - with a great view. Perfect place for dogs and beach combers. We really appreciated the warm water hose to wash off dogs and people feet. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Perfect Getaway

It was all I was hoping for. The location and views are amazing with direct access to the beach which is perfect for early morning walks. So peaceful and relaxing. It was the perfect re-set I needed. The home was spacious and well stocked with all the essentials including kite's and activities for the kids.

Great stay at GG's house

This house had everything! Very clean and well-equipped. Pool table, ping-pong table and kites were a bonus. Finishes on the furniture and cabinets are gently worn but not a problem. Access to the beach was great. The only thing that should be added is more information about the area: points of interest, restaurants, etc. We are from the East Coast and could have used more direction on local attractions.

Girl’s Getaway

Beautiful views, great location, easy access to beach. Bedding was very nice, comfortable living room, big kitchen. Broken kitchen fan (missing blade). Washing towels and putting them in dryer was a checkout requirement. This was difficult as we had a long drive and were hoping to get an early start. Ended up sitting and waiting for towels to finish washing . But this was the only drawback to what was a great stay!

We could tell the owners try hard to give their guest a well appointed home to enjoy the Oregon Coast and all it has to offer. We always have fun at GGs. Beach access great. Pool table and ping pong are favorite with the older and younger grandkids. Ocean Odyssey is the only vacation management company we will use!
