This beautifully remodeled 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, 2400 sq ft home on the water of Lake Buchanan is waiting for you! The amazing thing about this home is you have the comforts of a spacious, professionally decorated home matched with all that Lake Buchanan has to offer. No matter what brings you to the Texas Hill Country, this home allows you to relax on the decks, eat some of the most amazing fish you catch in our deep water, jet ski/boat, float in the lake, explore the historic town of Burnet, Wineries or Spider Mountain! If you bring your boat, you can tie it onto our large dock. *
Features include updated kitchen, washer & dryer, hardwood floors, 2.5 bathrooms, STARLINK wifi , A/C, heat, and fireplace, huge upper deck and extended deck right at the water, new deck off queen bedroom downstairs, boat dock, artificial turf, new exterior paint, roof and windows, charcoal BBQ, library and games. We are a bit rural out here and on a well that has a UV water softener system. This home is in a neighborhood.
We have 2 kayaks and a couple life jackets for your use, horse shoe pit, and yard. Lake Buchanan is the largest of the chain lakes in the Austin area and the water levels fluctuate often.
** Holidays require longer minimum stays
We do have a video ring doorbell at the front door and a camera facing the lower driveway area

What a beautiful view. Our family enjoyed cooking, fishing, and lots of outdoor time on the patios. Connie was very responsive and we’d consider renting again.

Perfect house on the water

This house is beautiful, a roomy place for us, our friends, and a few of our adult children! The 7 of us had plenty of space, beautiful views, and good water access. The boat is responsive if you have questions. A very nice place to stay, is is our 2nd year in a row to come here.

Great lakeside vacation spot

The property was amazing with great decks to relax on and enjoy the lake view. Fully set up with everything we could need. The owners were very communicative and available for questions. Had a great experience and would recommend this property in a heartbeat!

Family Getaway

Another amazing trip!

Wonderful!

The house is great. So much room for our large family. Everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We put our young adult boys downstairs and our daughters took the little twin bedroom, which worked out perfectly. The decor is very nice, the house is so comfortable, the outside areas fantastic. The view is stunning. Our family loved using the kayaks and fishing off the boat dock. We will definitely book again!

Weekend Getaway

We had a great stay! House was very clean and access to the water was excellent!!! We didn't kayak, but there were some available for use. The host was always quick to answer any questions and very accommodating! If you're looking for a relaxing weekend this is it! Hope to be back soon!!

Another amazing getaway!

This is the second time we have stayed at this amazing Lake House, and we will keep coming back! The hosts are amazing and very responsive. Everything at the house is so easy and it is a such a relaxing getaway. Since the last time we went they added a really awesome dock that has kayaks and their views at sunset are breathtaking. The house is very cozy and there are a lot of different areas to hang outside. We can't wait to get back!

This is a great home for multiple families, kids, and adults. It does have stairs so is not ideal for people who have trouble with them. It's in a nice quiet cove that's perfect for floating, swimming, boating, fishing and watching fabulous Texas sunsets! We've just finished remodeling most of the house, including a brand new kitchen so it's even better than before.
