This house sits on a bluff directly above the ocean. Sit in the living room with a 180 degree view of the ocean, hear the waves as they roll in, watch birds of prey land on a cypress tree, and deer, foxes and other wildlife forage on the hill. Occasionally, see a whale or dolphin swimming off shore. At dusk, watch the sun set as you make dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances. Later watch the moon and stars come out as you relax to the sound of the waves.

A five minute walk to the beach, enjoy the craggy coastline, secluded coves and miles and miles of sand. You are less than 15 minutes away from shops and restaurants, horseback riding at Chanslor Ranch and kayak/paddle board rentals in Bodega Bay. A slightly longer drive will have you in the heart of Sonoma wine country.
