With its remodel in 2011and further enhancements in 2018, the cottage continues as an upscale retreat for its owners and guests. Sitting above Wright’s Beach, views dominate from nearly every room, and intense ocean scenes are customary. From the beautifully designed deck and spa, you will relax, unwind, and feel what the power of the sea can do for your soul.

The ocean is not the only attraction. There is wildlife everywhere. Birds, whales, and fox (the cottage’s namesake) are just a sampling. From two short paths – Monterey Pine Path, and Bluff Path, you will enjoy the coastal landscape and incredible views. The spacious lot hosts a majestic, intricately intertwined, 40-year old Monterey Pine tree, with a path under its canopy and a stone bench to sit and admire natural arbor artistry. The Bluff Path takes you down to a bench amongst the freshwater springs, flowering foliage, with the vast ocean below.

Furnishings reflect a commitment to clean contemporary design, local art, and attention to detail. Amenities include quality bedding, thick bath towels and robes, and natural toiletries, setting this home apart from others.
