Five bedroom, bay side beach home with lovely sunset views. Beach access, community pool and tennis and dock for your boat. Crabbing from the dock is great fun. Main floor (3rd level) includes master bedroom with shower and jet tub, an open floor plan living area with kitchen, dining and living area. This level opens to a awning covered deck with exquisite view of the bay. Second level includes four bedrooms and living area. This level also opens to a large deck with beautiful bay views.

Beautiful Beach House in Bethany DE

We truly enjoyed our long weekend in this gorgeous setting. The home was clean, very spacious, and comfortable. Location is everything - we were a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 5 minute drive to the shops. Quieter than Rehoboth but that is what we wanted.

Beautiful house in a beautiful setting!

Stayed in this home for a girlfriend's getaway. There was plenty of room for 7 of us with room to spare. The home is beautiful and the views even more beautiful! Quiet neighborhood with just a short stroll to the beach!

pure relaxation for great quality time

The house is gorgeous. We watched the sunset over the water each day and got some great pictures. There is a lot of deck space and a screened in porch so if the bugs get bad, you can still feel the breeze and be 'outside.' The house has one room upstairs and four downstairs. Only thing to note is that if you want to go to bed on the lower floor and people are still awake on the upper floor, you can hear them walking around pretty loudly in the room right below it, so ensure you plan accordingly. The kitchen is FANTASTIC and has everything you need to cook a great meal. Also - the house is 12 minutes from Rehoboth, so easy access! Would absolutely stay here again - we had a great time!

Amazing house

The house was beautiful. Great layout for sharing with a large group. It is very well equipped. Good location - walk to beach and short drive to town and lots of restaurants. Owner very nice and accommodating. Would definetly stay there again.

Bethany Home

Great home for 4 couples. Close to community pool and beach. Good location and only within 5 minutes of restaurants. Located between Bethany and Dewy beaches. Excellent condition and nice owners. Would rent again without question.

A luxurious place to return after a day of beach adventures.

What else needst be said? The house had virtually everything my friends and I could have asked for. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms plentiful, and the sunset view was fantastic. Not to mention that this home also came chuck-full of so many amenities that we didn't have time to use them all. The owner, Joe, was responsive and helpful, and the key-code system used to access the home, neighborhood, and private beach was very easy to use. If you have a large group of people that need their own space to decompress after a long day of board-walking and beach-going, then you seriously need to consider this location.

Gorgeous

We had a bachelorette party for my best friend at this spot and it was absolutely perfect! The girls and I were in awe every time we would return back from an outing that this was our home for the weekend. Furniture, beds are all comfortable..plenty of room for large groups of people. The porch/private dock provides an incredible view of the sunset every evening and although the home is in a gated community we felt completely excluded from any noise or surrounding homes. We would recommend this stay for anyone needing a relaxing getaway and would love to come back one day!
